💡 A HUMBLING REALIZATION, A NEW PERSPECTIVE & A REMINDER THAT WE’RE BETTER TOGETHER! 🤝🏽🏡 I’ve spent a lot of time analyzing my past actions, reflecting on my habits, and looking at things from a different perspective. Honestly, at first, I wasn’t sure I even wanted to make this post. But sometimes growth requires us to swallow our pride, put our ego aside, and be willing to learn. 💯 During our Sunday 2 PM call with Matt and Jake, a lot of realizations came to light, and it was such a humbling experience! One thing that really stood out to me was the power of connection, engagement, visibility, and genuine support. One of my BIGGEST takeaways was this: If nobody knows YOU, how can they know your DEAL? 👏🏽 In real estate investing, it’s not enough to find good deals and work behind the scenes. People need to know who you are, what you’re working toward, and what you bring to the table. You have to put yourself out there, build relationships, share your journey, and be willing to have conversations. You can have an incredible deal, but if you’re not making connections or sharing what you’re doing, how will the right people ever find out about it? We also talked about something that really made me think: how often do we genuinely support one another? We talk about networking, building relationships, growing our businesses, and making connections, but are we actually liking each other’s posts, leaving meaningful comments, sharing content, following one another, and reaching out beyond simply exchanging contact information? Seeing the difference between my connections and the connections others have built was eye-opening! It reminded me that building a strong network takes WORK, consistency, hustle, and a genuine willingness to connect. You don’t build a strong network just by collecting contacts. You build it by creating relationships. 📈 Another major takeaway was the importance of KNOWING YOUR DEAL! When you’re analyzing a property, you should understand it well enough to confidently answer questions. You should know your numbers, understand the potential, and be excited about the opportunity. When you truly understand the value of a deal, that excitement can make others just as intrigued as you are. 🏡💰

Oh my goodness!! I can not believe someone just let it get that way🤢.
Calls
Do y’all record the calls and put them in a module for us to listen to? My Wi-Fi is down and I don’t have enough signal to be on calls today so I’m just curious.

@Alexis Lee Thank you.
Door count?
I’m right at 173 doors. 200 is my limit. Where are y’all at with doors? Some people here just starting to consider and I know some have more than 200. It’s so cool how different sizes can help with different goals. Excited and blessed that yall are here!

I have a property of my own that I manage. It’s two doors. It’s not much but it’s a start however, I’m super excited to see what this call has to bring and how your group can make a great impact on my life.
