Your patients aren't leaving because of your adjustments
They're leaving because of your message. Most clinics lose patients at the exact moment they should be gaining them — right when the pain goes away. Patients feel better, forget what "good" even means, and quietly stop booking. That's not a scheduling problem. That's a philosophy problem. In this week's training I break down what actually creates lifetime patients — starting long before any retention tactic comes into play. ✅ The one belief shift that has to happen before any retention system works ✅ The Road to Recovery tool we use to make the patient journey visual and tangible ✅ How everyday analogies (not clinical language) make chiropractic finally click for patients It's inside the platform — go watch it now 👇 https://www.skool.com/the-chiro-circle-7467/classroom/67858e65?md=9f890da2ce47413790b89c85359ba5af

Do you get those patients that when you ask “how are you today?”, they give a smart ass answer “I would not be here of I was well!”. Wow, pain based thinking. I’ve stopped asking people how they are. I now ask “how is everything moving, should be getting some more flexibility”. A negative response to that tells me they probably won’t be long term patients, at which point I’ll be saying “um, im getting concerned for you, we should be getting more movement, maybe we need to take a look at some posture and lifestyle going on”… I would have said marketing is my weak spot, Zoneee is telling me it’s retention. I don’t take well to the dumb questions especially when they cross examine my diagnosis because Dr Google said so. I have one with DJD and significant instability C2… she has been complaining my Dx is wrong and the issue is her SCM. I’ve let her go with love. I’m certain Dr Google gave the wrong answer.
Phone systems
I have a battle going with BT about multiple outages lasting up to three weeks at a time because it’s damaging business. The plus side, once the ombudsman is finished, B 0nline offer the same service for £13.99 a month I’m getting with BT for £67 a month. Worth reviewing your phone contracts.

Further to this evenings call you might find these stats interesting from my website. I was shocked how much is coming via Claude. I now have someone reviewing my website to target Claude more specifically.
