1. Find leads Open Leads Finder (Leadsempire.ai) → find local businesses with no website. Build a list of 20–50 prospects. 2. Contact them Call the business. Tell them you noticed they don’t have a website and you’ve already put together a quick example for them. 3. Follow up This is where most people quit. No answer? Call again. Interested but busy? Follow up. Sent the website? Follow up. Use calls, texts and email. 4. Close the $500 sale Show them the site, make the changes they want and ask for the sale. 1 client = $500. Do this every day. The goal isn’t to find a magic lead — it’s to consistently contact enough businesses and follow up.

I hate cold calling to sell websites. But I’ve found a way to make it SO much easier. Instead of calling a business out of nowhere and trying to convince them they need a website, I do this: 1. Find a business that needs a better website 2. Build the website first using a template so I’m not wasting AI credits 3. Send them the finished website by email or text 4. Follow up with a warm call the next day Now the call is completely different. I’m not calling to pitch them a website. I’m calling to ask: “Hey, just wondering if you had a chance to check out the website I sent you?” They already have something in front of them. They can see exactly what I’m offering. It takes a LOT of the pressure out of the call, makes the conversation more natural, and in my experience, gets much better results than trying to sell the idea of a website from scratch. Build first. Send it. Then call. For me, this makes selling websites way easier. 🚀
