Bio: I’m a successful 50 year old woman who just got an autism diagnosis. Now I am trying to figure out who I am and how to prevent future burnouts.

Bio: I was diagnosed as "Hyperactive" in 1972, when I was 5. I didn't find out I was autistic until 2025, at 58 years old.
