W's all around!
In the last 4 months, I have lost 30lbs and 6in off of my waist, going from a tight 42 to a loose 38. My hair/beard style and care is better, and not only do I have a new wardrobe due to lose of weight, but it is of a much higher caliber of style. I have gotten many compliments from family and even my bosses at work on my improved dress habits. Many thanks to all of you in the RMRS community for the inspiration and readily available style tips. It is all greatly appreciated. Edit: I have lost 30lbs, not 3lbs.

That’s a powerful transformation, brother. Dropping 30 pounds and tightening the waist by six inches takes real discipline. Most guys don’t realize that what you built there isn’t just a new wardrobe — it’s a new standard for yourself. Keep your training short, focused, and intense. The biggest mistake after a big cut like that is trying to “do more.” What got you lean will keep you sharp if you stay consistent and recover hard. Happy Pre-Halloween Weekend
Had a great weekend. Went to a musical tribute to Sinatra and Bennett at the Kimmel Center in Philadelphia yesterday followed by an intimate dinner at a favorite Italian restaurant. Made us a nice breakfast this morning and catching the Eagles/Giants game this afternoon. Hope everyone also had a good weekend!

Glad you had a solid weekend, Joe. Sounds like a classy one.Out here in Vegas it’s a bit louder — no Sinatra tributes, just the sound of slot machines and iron plates clanging. Hope the Eagles pull through for you, brother. — Markus from Vegas
How do you guys deal with being crazy busy?
Of course its different for everyone, but what are some ways you guys deal with having no tiime? Whether is not having time to pick outfits or just do anything recreational, what are some strategies that work for you?

If you’re too busy to take care of yourself, you’re not busy ..you’re out of control. Structure gives freedom. I run my day like a workout: precise, intense, and short.

@Arthur McCarthy Thank you Arthur!
Starting new goals
To improve myself as a young man I has started working out with a coworker. I have done three days so far and it is good. We walk about 2 miles for this first week, trying to work ourselves up to a full 5k by next month. Feeling good so far. Trying to add some push-ups and sit-ups when I have time.

Respect, John ! starting is the hardest part. Most people talk about goals; few actually take that first step. Keep stacking those small wins, and you’ll be running that 5K before you know it.
Putting it together today
My CEO’s boss is in town spending several hours with me today. I went with charcoal grey outfit, red and black Bulova Marine Star watch, and Creed Royal Oud scent. Let’s see how it goes.

Solid combo, Michael ... that charcoal and red contrast gives off authority without screaming for attention. Creed Royal Oud seals it with that power edge. That’s a boss-day look done right.
