Castor oil pain
Has anyone experienced pain in or around their liver from doing castor oil packs? Muscle spasms in the back? I paused doing the packs and started bentonite clay topically. Extra magnesium too. That really helped. But starting the castor oil again, the pain comes again. Any ideas?

@Kellie Norrgard my best strategy is always to slow down. I don’t like it! But I don’t like pain either. Sensible probably means no castor oil and lots of clay until the pain is gone. Then cold castor oil for a week, then try 10 minutes with heat. What I don’t know is if there is a binder to take internally which would help clear this.

@Allison Biasella Wow, gall bladder removed! I'm sorry that happened to you. My pain is slowing down, as long as I don't do any castor oil. I think I have to give my body a long time to process whatever this is. I really feel in the dark though.
6 Step Lymph Prep - Daily Practice
Are you doing the 6 Step Lymph Prep? If not, take a look at the guide below for information on how to do it! If you have been including the 6 Step practice into your daily routine, I would love to hear how it is going! Let us know in the comments. 😊 The 6 Step Lymph Prep is a simple daily 2 minute morning routine that helps prime the lymphatic system for the day or prior to lymphatic movements like rebounding, vibration plates, massages, or exercise. This process is covered along with lymphatic education within the our #1.6 Continued (6 Step Lymph Prep) and Lyphatic Drainage 101 Course found in the Classroom tab at the top of this Skool. Premium Members get access to all Burch Bear Courses included with their monthly membership! If you are ready to take your healing journey to the next level, I would suggest learning about and start supporting your lymphatic system ASAP. Happy Healing!

I do Gate 1 everyday. Gate 2 causes intense dreams and restless sleep if I do it 3 days in a row. So, I skip a day now and then.

@Priscilla French Gate 1 at collar bone, Gate 2 along neck. In Burch Bear’s lymph prep practice. I’m doing all 6 gates now, but with fewer strokes to keep my detox response manageable.
Looking for a buddy
I am on a healing journey, using what I learned here, as well as qi gong, supplements, castor oil and a few other things. I have had plenty of practitioners over the years, but right now I need to integrate. I want a buddy, another person on a healing journey who would like to check in by text daily, talk once a week. I want to share what my goals are for a week, how my body responds, and what I am planning next. It would be very helpful to me to feel less alone, and to run my ideas by another person. I'm a good listener and will put my attention to whatever my buddy wants to share as well. I have experience in 12 step programs, medical qigong, Waldorf education, re-evaluation counseling, and have used allopathic, homeopathic, functional, integrative, Traditional Chinese medicines, as well as genetic testing, chiropractic care, EFT, Root Cause Protocol and Orthobionomy. Anyone interested? DM me if you are.

@Danika McNeil That's exciting you are doing Waldorf as home school. Are you using Oak Meadow? Do you have support? Understanding the principles can be confusing if you are on your own. My kids went to a Waldorf charter school, and I worked there in the office, so I picked up a lot over the years. I think it is a great curriculum. We need world peace! As I write that I wonder if you know that is the original purpose of Waldorf ed? To prevent war by teaching people respect and compassion and guiding children to develop their innate connections to each other and the world.
Air filter and mold test
Jared recommended I get a blood or house test for mold to see if I have mold currently in my house. I know my house had mold in the past, and I know it has affected me. I believe it is all cleaned up in the house, but I don't know for sure. Looking at the prices, it's $400 for the filter - needed if my house has current mold, and $380 for the blood test. I'm thinking I will go ahead and get the filter and skip the test. Is there any info I would miss by skipping the test?

The breathing has gotten easier for me too. I can do it now, couldn't when I started. Yay!

Retired, been not well for years. Love my family. Hoping lymph drainage will help.
