Free Workshop: Regulation to Revenue™ — Sept 29 at 10am MDT
Hey everyone! 👋 I'm Robyn, a Chartered Professional Accountant turned Resilience Coach and Practitioner, who helps female founders rebuild their mind, money & momentum when life walks in and flips the table. I'm hosting a free live workshop and wanted to share it here in case it's useful to anyone in this group: Regulation to Revenue™ 📅 Tuesday, September 29, 2026 🕙 10:00 AM MDT 💻 Live online (details in confirmation e-mail) In this session, you'll learn: ✨ What nervous system dysregulation actually looks like for founders (and why it's not a willpower problem). ✨ Two simple, practical regulation tools you can use before high-stakes business moments. ✨ How that same dysregulation quietly shows up in your money decisions such as underpricing, avoiding your books, and impulsive spending. ✨ A live look at a real piece of my Money Date Worksheet, which is a tool for checking in on your business finances from a grounded place instead of a panicked one. This workshop is free, but spots are limited to the first 150 registrants. To reserve your seat, fill out this short Google Form here. Can't attend live? A replay will be available until October 5, 2026 — details on that are included in the registration form. Would love to see you there! 🙌

Growth Boost Public Service Announcement
I’m a huge fan of collaborations, JVs and affiliate marketing. I believe in building Know, Like & Trust with your COI (Centres of Influence), ICP (Ideal Collaboration Partners), ISP (Ideal Speaker Partners) and IJVP (Ideal Joint Venture Partners). Yes, I apparently collect acronyms too. 😂 Done well, collaboration creates better resources for your members, more opportunities for everyone involved and revenue opportunities you probably couldn’t create alone. But there’s another acronym we need to talk about: ROI. And this is where I personally have concerns with the current Skool Growth Boost model. Growth Boost is an interesting idea, but community businesses aren't just about acquiring the customer. There can be months or YEARS of nurturing, teaching, connecting and serving after someone joins. That matters when an affiliate relationship potentially follows future purchases. WELCOME TO BOB’S HAMBURGERS Imagine I join Bob’s Hamburgers Skool community because I want to build the greatest food truck burger known to humanity. Bob has an amazing community. Free training. Paid programs. Weekly Hamburger Drops. Maybe even an IRL mastermind where Bob personally caters. Bob is nurturing the heck out of me. One day, Buzz from Lightyear Corporation sees one of my posts inside Bob’s community. Buzz thinks: "Hey, Kevin’s IMPACT EXERIENCE Community looks interesting." (Here is the direct link - IMPACT COMMUNITY) He clicks my profile, visits my About page and joins my community. Great! Except Buzz didn’t use my direct invitation link. He went to my About Page. So, depending on how that acquisition is attributed under the Growth Boost rules, the economics of future purchases can look very different than you might expect. And this is where my concern begins. If Bob introduced Buzz to me through years of community building, I can understand Bob participating in the economics. But an ongoing affiliate fee going elsewhere because of how Buzz technically travelled through the network?

Thanks for the post! Is this scenario true for any affiliate who uses your affiliate link and whose referral joins + buys your high-ticket in the future, or only Buzz & Growth Boost?

Run a Skool Community & use a CRM? Are they connected?
If you run a Skool Community and host your courses, calendars, and CRM inside GoHighLevel or Zoho ... are you manually managing your Skool members inside your CRM? If so ... you're well aware of the big headache and time-suck this is for you or your VA. 😵‍💫 Does this sound familiar? You have to audit your member list every week or sift through emails just to know when a member has upgraded, downgraded, or cancelled their community membership. Then you have to look up the member in your CRM and manually update tags and move them in your pipelines. Even more worrisome ~ If someone cancels their subscription ... your CRM is blind until you update their contact record manually. There's a good chance "ghost members" still have access to your paid courses if you're delivering them inside your CRM. And ... if you're NOT tracking this really useful member data inside your CRM, you should be. ✅ I put together a quick, 45-second Community Tech Audit to help you map out your tracking blind spots and see exactly where your tech stack might be dropping the ball. The Tech Audit is free, and you'll receive "The Skool-to-CRM Automation Playbook: 10 Simple Reasons to Track Member Upgrades, Downgrades, and Cancellations Automatically" as my gift for completing the quick audit. 🎁 👉 Click here to see where you stand: 45-second Community Tech Audit All the best! ~ Mary 🤝

Jude's, Thive Together Circle community is valuable for me. She's creating a space that helps women in many areas of their life. I've learned a lot from the guest speakers, and I love to wake up to her Daily Pockets of Sunshine. 🌞
