Isn't @Canem Kotodama incredible??? This has been one of my all time favorite activation classes!! in tonight's class - we explored shadow work through a shamanic lens, including soul retrieval and how parts of ourselves get pushed down, hidden, or left behind (often without us even realizing it). & those repressed parts don't just sit quietly!! They take our life force energy with them. When we bring them back with compassion instead of judgment, that energy comes back too. It changed how I think about my "shadow." It's not something to fight or fix. It's parts of you waiting to be welcomed home. 🖤 🎥 The replay is now up in the Classroom tab, along with all of Canem's resources, including her book recommendations. Go rewatch, take notes, and try the practices again. This is one of those classes that lands differently the second time!! Not in Premium yet? This replay is waiting for you, plus the full library of 8 Activation Class replays (and counting). Premium is $44/month and includes every Activation Class, live and on replay. Tap the Classroom tab to join. 🚀 👇 Now tell me: what was your biggest takeaway from the class? Drop it in the comments. I want to hear what hit you the most! and if you have any questions for @Canem Kotodama - feel free to drop them down below as well!!

Helping my friend @Rosanna Hiam whose an incredible artist and painter and crocheter - and going to craft shows is my FAVORITE thing to do because - 🎨I LOVE the creativity. I love seeing what people can create. I LOVE supporting local neighbors. The energy and frequency that comes from a piece of art that someone spends soooo much time on is rich with beauty & there is LITERALLY no other frequency to match THAT exact piece of art from THAT exact person. 🪡Even if you’re one in a million crocheters - there’s only ONE you. And only YOU can infuse your pieces with your own unique energetic signature. ✨I want to encourage and empower you all to step into this belief - there is only one you - What you create in this world is magnificent and can never be replicated by anyone else… there truly is NO competition. and if you create art - just know that coming from someone whose not artistically inclined - I APPRECIATE YOU AND THE BEAUTY YOU CREATE. If you’re an artist, show us your art below!! Sell it here!! 👇 let’s see it all!! Use this community so we can all support each other’s creativity and gifts 🎁💕 I WANT you to start authentically expressing yourselves - this is a safe place to do it :) that’s the only way we rise to the frequency of authenticity!! Okay rant over 🎨💕🎁✨😆

Is there a zoom link for the show and tell?
