Meeting Scott Gerrard changed the trajectory of my online business journey. We first connected when Scott was one of the top marketers inside Webtalk. What started as a simple connection grew into an incredible relationship built on trust, learning, and collaboration. Scott helped me see online business differently. I sharpened my marketing skills, discovered new opportunities, and most importantly, gained a relationship that has led to collaborations, partnerships, and experiences I never could have predicted when we first connected. That’s why I believe so strongly in the power of relationships. One genuine connection can change your entire trajectory. You never know where one conversation might lead.

Sometimes that gut feeling is exactly what pushes you to take the first step instead of staying in the same place. I’m also into e-commerce, particularly Shopify dropshipping, and I currently make around $35k–$45k per month from it. I’m not sharing that to brag, but to show what can be possible when you approach it properly, learn the process, and stay consistent. If you’re considering starting something online, I’d be happy to introduce you to dropshipping, share what I’ve learned, and explain how it works. Feel free to connect if you’d be interested in learning more.
What makes a question feel risky?
Think about a workplace you’ve been part of. Was there ever a question you didn’t ask because you thought: “I should already know this.” Maybe you didn’t want to look inexperienced. Maybe the timing felt wrong. Maybe you had seen what happened when someone else asked something similar. That doesn’t always mean the workplace was unsafe. But it is worth noticing what makes asking feel harder than it needs to be. A question I’ve been thinking about this week is: What do our responses teach people about asking the next one? I explored that a bit further in this week’s blog, including why “Any questions?” isn’t always enough and what happens after someone finally does ask for help. Why Are Employees Afraid to Ask for Help at Work? Have you ever held back a question at work because it felt easier not to ask?
