Do you remove members?
I started to go through the members list in my communites because I do think some people can just be removed. I stumbled on this scenario.. what would you do? And do you ever remove members?

I was just wrestling with this today. I have 18 members, a very small group. They've trickled in over a couple months. Virtually no engagement and I've been posting regularly trying to get things going. When it's this small, do you just drop people and keep going? I think I'd rather have an even smaller group with engaged members than one that doesn't have much engagement. Thoughts on this?

A couple, but many have no activity.
Mindy was quiet last days... this is why.
Last week I have been thinking about how I can make this better. Some of you know I have the Skool Strategy community (private), were we used to have all conversations around Skool and community building. Then, there is Join Skool (public) that I created for new people on the platform, to show them how Skool works and what the possibilities are. Keeping the 2 communities on a pro plan wasn't needed anymore so I started shifting the memberships direction Join Skool (here). BUT Being a public community and still wanting to rank on Discovery as well, that means I am giving away 30% of MRR away for members I bring in. I have conversations in other groups, we are on calls, we are chatting in the DM's... and still people visit my profile to join my communities. So, what is the solution, levelling up the prices? NO Untill not everyone is aware of the consequences of joining a group through someone's profile instead of asking for a direct link, I have now removed all products from the Classroom. This is what I was doing last 2 days. I am building something. And I don't think anyone has done it on this platform yet (again 🙃) 🤫 More coming tomorrow since I am not finished yet and my eyes can't handle more screen time for today anymore. 🎉 It's time to centre all conversations in this community now and let's help each other build community like never before! 👊 Pssst.. What do you think I'm building?

Whatever it is, it's going to be great!
I want to crosspost your promotion posts
Some hours left only for you all to make a promotion post about your community/offer. Like always, I will crosspost these posts to FB and for the Premium members, also make a Pin direction your promotion post 🙌 The only thing is... who does not make a post, can't be cross posted 🤷‍♀️ For Standard members that means that the words you are writing can be picked up by Google and AI in the public Facebook post. For Premium members this means a double chance for Google to pick you up because of the extra pin. Just saying... I want to promote you all as much as possible 👊
