I've had 2 rejected appeals on this shirt. Despite it being verifiably authentic. The code IU5013 is all they need and it was on the original listing. Disgrace.

Hi all, I have a couple of vinyls that I have been putting off listening because I am not sure how to package them. If anyone has any ideas or knows how to package them. I would much appreciated any info. Have a good day/weekend everyone

A word of warning! I had a seller return 2x £100 items with INAD reasons, meaning the shipping was footed by me. Once received and checked, I called eBay, they advised to deduct the shipping cost from the returns. After processing this, I noticed I hadn't got a refund on the fees. Only after being advised to deduct £3.65 per item did they tell me that by reducing the refund amount, it means there is no fee refund whatsoever. So I'm £30 worse off than before I sold the items. Poor from the buyer, poor from eBay.

At what point should we be looking at getting an accountant? Or is it not really necessary now with the way Ai is advancing and all the help it can give?

Hi, can I ask what people are doing/have done about this? I have an email from ebay giving me a prompt to add codes but it seems incredibly daunting prospect and costly for someone who barely sells to Europe. Cheers
