Intro
My name is Rob Huffman. I am a 26 year veteran of the power washing industry. I founded the Academy of Exterior Maintenance to help the average contractor excel without all of the typical struggles. I am also one of the coaches you will be aligned with depending on the course work. Please introduce yourself and let us know more about your business and what struggles you are facing.

Hey Rob. My name is Matthew Mikolay from Ohio. I started my business MAH Surface Enforcement LLC in April of 2026 and since then I have learned so much. I absolutely love Power Washing, in fact I consider it my therapy. Thank you for what you do for us beginners. Your advice over the last few months has been a game changer. Keep up the good work. I struggle with recognizing certain stains and treatment (what chemicals to use). I am getting better but need to be a lil more confident with my pricing. And I need to clean up my contract language.
