If you've recently signed up for our credit repair program, there are 2 steps you MUST complete before we can begin working on your credit. ✅ 1. Upload your required documents through the Client Portal link that was sent to your email. ✅ 2. Sign up for MyFreeScoreNow using the link you were redirected to after signing up. This allows us to monitor your credit, track changes, and provide you with accurate updates throughout the process. If these two steps are not completed, your file will remain on hold and we will NOT be able to work on your credit. Please check your email (including your spam/junk folder) and complete everything as soon as possible so we can get started. If you need the email resent, contact our support team through the client portal.
