June 2026 Blood Results
@Maurice Daher .. I've attached recent blood results and would love for you cast your eye over them. What I am concerned with is my fasting insulin has jumped to 9.1 ... up 5 points from March 2026. From January 2026 -> March 2026, I removed dairy completely. My fasting insulin at that time was 4.0. I added Greek yogurt back into my diet after March sometime ... only a couple times a week. I also added small amounts of legumes into my diet at the insistence of the Nutritionist I was working with, I wasn't keen but I wanted to check and I think the results speak to that. Grateful for anything you might notice.

Thanks Maurice ... You've given me some valuable insights. I've answered your questions below; * Has your body weight changed since March? Yes, I've lost ~8kg since March * Has your waist measurement changed? Yes, I've lost ~4cm from my waist * Has your physical activity or resistance training changed? Yes, I had a rotator cuff injury and spent Apr,May and most of June rehab'ing that. So my resistance training load was less but I was daily walking of 8k-15k steps daily hasn't changed. * Has your sleep been different? Not really, my sleep has been pretty consistent. * Has stress increased? According to Whoop, I had a 3-4 week stretch during May of low recovery, sometimes in the red. * Were both insulin tests done under similar fasting conditions and at a similar time of day? Yes Regarding eGFR ... While not carnivore, I doing eat a meat based diet with some cruciferous vegies and fermented vegies and small amounts of Greek yogurt as mentioned previously. That hasn't really changed since March. While I still have some body fat to shed, my last DEXA apparently show greater lean mass for a gent my age (61).
Module 1 - Class 1-> Lesson Redox
Since this was our first class, I want to set the tone for how we move forward. From here on, we’ll keep discussions lesson-focused. Questions related to the current lesson will be answered in depth so everyone benefits and the learning stays structured. This keeps the classroom clear, organized, and easier to revisit later. Today’s lesson was about redox, so questions tied to redox, energy, mitochondria, or anything directly connected are absolutely welcome. For other topics, we’ll address them in the lessons where they belong. This keeps us from jumping back and forth and helps you build understanding step by step, instead of collecting scattered answers. The goal is clarity and depth, not noise. We build this like a system. One layer at a time. And thank you all for showing up today. Having more than 25 students in our first class means a lot. Strong start, and I’m looking forward to building this step by step with all of you.

I'm in Australia, so no time works best for me. Can I post questions afterwards though? Or before, if we know what the focus of the class is?
📚 Big update for everyone
I have a series of books being released this year, and I wanted to let the community know what is coming. These books are being built to give you clearer frameworks, stronger protocols, better explanations, and practical tools you can keep coming back to as you work through your own health journey. Some of the upcoming titles include: 🛡️ Stability Before Disease 🌅 Morning Protocol 🥬 Nitrate Kitchen ❤️ 30-Day Vascular Reset 🧪 Lab Results Decoded 💊 The Supplement Protocol 🧠 Practitioner Engine, coming toward the end of the year for those who want to take this knowledge deeper and eventually use it in a practitioner-style setting. The goal with these books is simple. I want to take the concepts we discuss in the community and organize them into practical, easy-to-follow resources that help you understand the body, the labs, the patterns, and the protocols with more confidence. All of these books will be available free as eBooks for annual members. For anyone who wants a physical copy, they will also be available for print through Amazon. I’m building this so the community has a full library of education, protocols, and reference guides that you can use for yourself, your family, and eventually, for some of you, the people you want to help. More details will be coming as each release gets closer. Thank you for being part of this community. This is only the beginning.
