Finding self-inquiry school is the best thing that has happened in my life. The course and Sunny’s guidance is simple, direct and clear on how to practice self-inquiry/meditation and ultimateily helps you to fully be and live your natural and true expression, to fully be yourself. Through that there is also learning how to navigate and meet thoughts, emotions and life’s challenges in a constructive way.  The course structure and the community helps to support a consistent practice.
