Hey everyone 👋 Glad to finally be part of the Dispatcher University community. I’m looking forward to learning from everyone here, sharing ideas, and getting to know some of you along the way. I’m a father of two and I also own a restaurant that I took over from my late wife. These days, I’m interested in learning more about truck dispatching and seeing how I can build something around it. I’m still getting familiar with the community, so I’d love to hear from people who have been doing this for a while. What got you started in truck dispatching, and what’s been the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far? 👇

Hi everyone, my name is Shahariar Hridoy. I’m currently based in Bangladesh, and my goal is to build a successful truck dispatching business and eventually reach $10,000+ per month in revenue. I want to get these 3 things from this course/community: 1. Learn the complete truck dispatching process from the ground up 2. Become confident in finding, negotiating, and booking profitable loads 3. Connect with experienced dispatchers and build a strong network in the industry For fun, I like to do these 3 things: 1. Explore new business ideas and work on startups 🚀 2. Learn about investing, business, and trading 📈 3. Travel, explore new places, and spend time with friends 🌍 Excited to learn, connect, and grow with everyone here! 🤝

I got my first carrier! He found me on Instagram and we had the sales call today, he signed the contract and sent it back after the call. Our onboarding call is Wednesday and he has a 40ft Hotshot. I'm super excited that this is all coming together. Now I don't feel like I'm 'starting a business' like the business is up and running really quick and im just here for the ride lol. I've only been in the paid course for a month so I know I have a lot to learn. If anyone has any experience with Hotshots, or hotshots in the Texas area, I'd love to pick your brain :)
