You may have noticed things look a little different around here, so I wanted to officially introduce you to @Alexa Winkiewicz 💛 Alexa and I met through Instagram, where she was sharing her manifestation journey from her dairy farm, homeschooling her kids and wondering if regular moms living among the cornfields could manifest like the millionaires toting about on Instagram. Meanwhile, I'm a regular mom with cornfields in my front yard and quite a few wild creation stories of my own. In short, we basically connected over manifestation and cornfields. 😂🌽 Collaborating seemed like an obvious next step! I think I previously shared with the group that a few months ago, I kept saying I was due for a trip. Not long after that, I won a free trip to Orlando, flight, hotel, everything. Fast forward to earlier this month, I got back from visiting New York and my travel bug was fully reawakened. I started envisioning future conversations where someone would ask, “What have you been up to lately?” and I’d casually respond, “Oh, I’ve just been traveling...” I always look at flights whenever airlines sent promo emails, but last Friday I browsed Southwest’s $59 deals, but it was only like nearby cities so I started entertaining the idea of booking something the end of March - maybe somewhere abroad. So I started pricing international flights, preparing my mindset for what I might spend, looking at bundles and different options. I kid you not, maybe two days later (this past Sunday), a family member asked if I wanted to go on a cruise at the end of March, all expenses paid!! They’re transferring it to me because they can’t go anymore due to scheduling conflict. So now I’m going on a free international trip around the exact time I was envisioning. And I’m still going to Orlando in the summer. So yesss, this particular manifestation is still pouring in. It’s funny how it unfolds in ways that feel both unexpected and completely aligned.

Tonight I was playing board games and dancing around my living room with my daughter and husband, a typical evening around our house. I had to run to the bathroom quick and while in there washing my hands I looked into the mirror and quietly said to myself “universe if your listening I’d like to hear the 12 to 12 song in the next two songs if you can hear me.” I then giggled and thought how ironic would that be for it to actually happen. I went back out to the living room as a new song began to play and to be honest I got back into the game and forgot all about my silly request. As we sit on the floor playing Bluey Candy Land the next song begins to play and it’s my song. I started laughing out loud and told my husband “I shit you not I asked the universe to play this next” he looked at me the way he usually does when I say something like that with the ‘your crazy but I love you eyes’ and said “was your phone with you when you asked this?” I looked around because at this point I had no idea where my phone was. I found it nestled into the couch, far from where I was and proudly said NOpE! :). No electronics in my bathroom, just me and the universe. Sometimes just being playful can surprise you 🫶🏼 Happy Thursday everyone! Don’t forget to have a little fun! 🎶
