21/21 THE NEXT STEP
Play the Long Game In my biggest years I was doing $100k launches every three months, but none of those were the result of any one campaign. They were built off years of podcasting, blogging, making videos, running workshops, and showing up week in, week out. It's like health and fitness. It's not what you do for 21 days, it's the average of your efforts, what you can sustain week in, week out, over the long term. What to do next Choose a sustainable weekly content goal you can commit to for the next 90 days. Something like one Substack article, one email, and three Instagram reels a week. Whatever it is, make it specific and trackable. How to think about it This isn't about having a perfect plan. It's about finding something that works for you and that you can stick to. What you create today won't pay off tomorrow. Think of it like planting seeds: you plant in one season and harvest in the next. Your job right now is to get good at planting, over and over. What's next Don't give up, and don't put too much pressure on yourself. Find an approach that works and take it one step at a time.

The next bit is the consistency! A plan for the next 90 days, make it manageable so that it sticks! What will I do without my daily Dane Dopamine hit!🤣💖🙏
You never know what will work til you try it
A month ago, I um’d and ahh’d about posting a k drama reel. Maybe I was thinking that a leadership consultant wouldn’t be sharing their love of k dramas For the last 2 years I’ve been stuck at about 450 followers, and now’s it’s nearly 1500. Clearly they won’t be my ideal audience this post has had 93k 💖 and been viewed by more than 581k people. My point is this, you never know what post is going to go viral I will say this, this clip was one that moved me and why I shared it. Clip below for anyone interested https://www.instagram.com/reel/DajAqoVpkb8/?igsh=MmZpZzIwNmNuZnp2&igsi=MmZpZzIwNmNuZnp2

Stepping into Courage- sharing to be witnessed
@Dane Tomas transmission on courage really hit home for me. One of my key practices before I facilitate, or coach is to shift my vibrational state through movement so that I am embodied and in my heart. But to post that part of my expression online - um No. And if I’m going to step into more courage and expression then I need to let go of the version of me that hides certain parts of me back. So here is me not only posting me in my expression but also ( edgier still, I literally feel a combination of about to burst into tears and vomiting ) asking here to be witnessed. 🙏💖 https://www.instagram.com/reel/DbuWHAxp0LX/?igsh=ZXRtemE1MHd4aTY3

@Dane Tomas thanks Dane. I use to only really do these kinds of videos - prepared, dressed, etc to be more consistent with leadership branding. But it meant not consistently posting because there was a while process. I would value your perspective on whether I do both kinds, Or if you had any other feedback or thoughts? https://www.instagram.com/reel/DZs8EL_pgSd/?igsh=OHg0Nm03YzB0ODgx https://www.instagram.com/reel/DZs8EL_pgSd/?igsh=OHg0Nm03YzB0ODgx
12/21 TAPPING LESSON
Tapping Through the Fear Sometimes our fears are strong and persistent, no matter how much we understand them. This is where some form of clearing comes in handy. I've built a whole modality around this, which we'll share in the resource section, but for today we're going to do a bit of tapping. What it is This is a short EFT style tapping sequence, working through the fears that come up around posting online. How to do it Follow along, tap the same points I'm tapping, and repeat the same phrases after me: Even though I feel like an imposter, I love and accept myself. Even though I'm scared of being judged, I love and accept myself. Even though I think my content is cringe, I love and accept myself. Even though I'm scared of getting cancelled, I love and accept myself. Even though I'm worried I'll end up living under a bridge, I love and accept myself. Finish with a tap on the crown. What's next Repeat this process as many times as you like. Go to the Classroom Lesson for the bonus CLEAR YOUR SHIT resources.

8/21 TRANSMISSION 2: COURAGE
Welcome to Week Two. The theme we're activating this week is courage. The word courage comes from the Latin, then the French, before finding its way into English. The word coeur means heart, but it also points toward our core, our spirit. To have courage is to operate from our spirit and our heart regardless of whether we feel fear, intimidation or anxiety. It is the ability to connect to who we really are and to communicate, express and take action from that place. Why is this important when we're talking about messaging? Because we're programmed on many levels to keep ourselves safe and to play small. Our reptilian and mammalian brains are designed for survival. They tell us to hide, not take risks and not endanger ourselves. Then we add human conditioning. Tribal status, belonging and fitting in all become tied to our sense of safety. Human beings are social primates. We're designed to fit in. So speaking your message, expressing yourself artistically and stepping into leadership all feel risky to the nervous system. And yet there is something in us that wants more than survival. If we want to thrive and contribute, we have to access courage. I've worked on sexuality and embodiment for twenty years and entrepreneurship for fifteen. Both are challenging. But I think the artistic path is even more vulnerable. It asks us to put our heart on the line. To share what's inside us. To reveal parts that are vulnerable or sensitive. To create work that genuinely moves people, we have to take a risk. We have to bare ourselves. We have to bare our soul. And we have to do it over and over again. The bigger risk isn't being judged. The bigger risk is reaching the end of your life and realising you never really expressed your gifts. That you never gave as much as you could. That you never fully showed up. Not making enough money would be disappointing. Not achieving certain goals might sting. But never expressing my real essence into the world would feel like a waste of my life.
