BMV offer accepted by the seller
Yesterday I was offered a premium new-build property in Liverpool. The seller wanted a quick sale, so the asking price was already £10k below market value. I negotiated further and secured an extra £15k reduction. £25k off market value, total. So how did I do it? 🤔 This isn't haggling like it's a wet market stall. It comes down to one thing: being an educated property investor. ✅ I did my due diligence ✅ Researched comparables in the area ✅ Analysed the numbers ✅ Asked the right questions on the virtual meeting That combination is what let me influence their decision and get my offer accepted. A few hours later, I signed the reservation contract. Then I called my mortgage broker and booked a meeting for Monday to go through the offer. This is proof: the right property education isn't just important. It's essential.

Congratulations! 🎉 Such an amazing achievement! Hopefully one day I’ll be celebrating a win like this in my own property journey too. 🏡✨

Really insightful content so far! 😊 I especially like how some of these concepts are being broken down in a way that's easy to understand, because a few things have already made me stop and think about my own future a little differently. The idea of potentially still needing to work well into our 80s was genuinely eye-opening. As someone who is still young enough to make different choices now, it really made me think about the future I want to create — not only for myself, but for my family too. Looking at my parents as they approach retirement has made this feel even more real. I want to start making better decisions now so that, hopefully, we can change that trajectory not just for ourselves, but for future generations of our family as well. The explanation of good debt vs bad debt was another one for me. Growing up, I was always taught that debt was something to avoid altogether. It wasn't really until my family had experience with a mortgage that I began to understand that not all debt is necessarily the same. Seeing it explained visually made the distinction even clearer — particularly how debt can either take money away from you or, when used wisely, potentially help you build an asset and create wealth. Overall, the content so far has really helped put things into perspective. Property investment has always seemed quite daunting to me, especially when you don't know where to begin, but I'm genuinely enjoying learning about it in a way that feels understandable and achievable. Still lots for me to learn, but I'm already looking at certain things a little differently — and I think that's a pretty good place to start. 😊🏡
What does success mean to you?
For me, it's simple: Success = reaching your full potential AND Helping others reach theirs too It's not just about how high YOU climb. It's about who you bring with you. Because real success isn't something you keep — it's something you pass on. what does success mean to YOU?

Success to me is having the freedom to live a meaningful life—one where I can care for the people I love, create the things God placed in my heart, explore the world, make a difference to others, and have enough financial security that my choices are guided by purpose rather than survival. It isn't about having everything. It's about having enough, doing something meaningful with it, and having the time and peace to actually enjoy the life I've worked so hard to build. And I guess that’s why I’m excited to be here. 😊 I’m looking forward to learning, growing and building alongside everyone in this community, and hopefully turning some of those dreams into reality one step at a time. Thank you, Delielah, for creating this space and for giving us the opportunity to learn, share and grow together. I’m genuinely looking forward to seeing where this journey takes us all. Here’s to building something meaningful — not just in property, but for our futures and the people we’re building them for. 🏡✨
Welcome to the community ! 🎉
I'm so glad you're here. Here's what to do first: 1. Introduce yourself — tell us: 📍 Where you're joining us from 💼 What you do (nurse, carer, shift worker, or otherwise!) 🎯 What you're hoping to get out of this space Remember, this community is being built around you. Your suggestions and feedback matter, so don't hold back! 2. Explore the platform. Take a few minutes to familiarise yourself with the tabs and see where everything lives. 3. Head to General Discussion and post about something you'd love to hear other members' thoughts on. 4. Have a specific question? Post it in the Questions tab if you'd like direct feedback from me. 5. When you win, tell everyone! Post it in Wins — no win is too small. "I spent 10 minutes reading" or "I went for a 30-minute walk" both count. Remember: you only fail if you give up. 6. Check the Classroom. Tabs like Library/Resources already have content, and since I'm building the classroom around you, more will be added as we progress. The modules are designed in order — skipping ahead isn't advised. 7. Check the Calendar for our scheduled online sessions. Just click the link on the day to join. 8. Love the community? Invite your friends, colleagues or anyone from your network. 9.🚨 No Unsolicited Business Promotion or Advertising 🚨⁣ This community exists to give you the learning and tools to support your journey — not a platform for sales pitches. To keep this a safe space for everyone, unsolicited business promotion, advertising, or direct sales pitches are not permitted. We do encourage genuine collaboration between members — but please carry out your own due diligence. Your financial safety comes first. Stay alert, and never fall for promises of quick riches without proper verification. 10.Read the ⚠️ Disclaimer. 11. Finally — what you get out of this is directly correlated to the time you spend learning and the action you take. This is an opportunity. Learn the principles, apply them, ask questions and network within the community.

Hi everyone! 👋 I’m Micah, also from Kent. I’m a Senior Registered Nurse and currently work as a Clinical Nurse Specialist within the NHS. Property investing is a completely new world for me, but it’s something I’ve become increasingly interested in as I think more seriously about my future beyond my nursing career. I’d love to build additional streams of income, create greater financial freedom and, eventually, have something meaningful and sustainable that I can build on for myself and my family. I’m very much at the beginning of my property journey, so I’m here with an open mind — ready to learn, ask questions, share ideas and hopefully turn what I learn into something real. Looking forward to learning and growing alongside everyone here! 🏡✨
