So last week I had a zoom call with Kathy, co-founder of The Nursing Way (yet another Jean Watson thing) and it went great! They are volunteer for now because they have a tiny budget and rely on donations, however we can pitch at the end of the workshop and they will market for 4-6 weeks prior to the event(s) She was *very* interested in my workshop series of Lifestyle Medicine/Caring Science and recommended that I also write an accompanying blog post(s). She recommended once a month OR do a weekly series like a container. I imagine it as intro to Lifestyle Medicine/Caring Science, go through each pillar, and then a conclusion event/circle. I *also* mentioned that I do tarot readings and she said "Well we were actually looking to get a tarot reading for the company to see if we're on the right track." (No lie, I had the spark to figure out tarot pricing this morning LOL) She also said they have a community portion where I can be part of or even make a Lifestyle Medicine community in there. (Guys I'll be so sad when this community shuts down 😫)

first off, i want to thank every one of u that has shown up in this space given to the community engaged connected & helped create the most badass group of nurse coaches on the planet as many of you know already, i am going through a major pivot right now the TDLR: i am shutting my current biz down & am co-founding a software company with my wife & a developer (that we actually met here on Skool!) (more on that here) that being said, I will not have the same kind of energy, capacity, or attention to give this community moving forward the next few months will be dedicated to me focusing on CATALYST, building the new company, & going on my honeymoon (finally...after a whole year!) but... y'all know I am really big on community so i still want y'all to be able to connect !! some lifelong friendships have come out of this space, & I don't want that to stop just bc I'm pivoting so... I'm curious to hear from all of you do you want to be able to still have connection to this community? would you be interested in a WhatsApp? Something else? would love to hear more of your thoughts! much love to you all ♥️

The other day I had a client send me a voice note that went like this: “MICAH! I can’t believe you’re shutting CATALYST down. I can't wrap my brain around closing such an epic business. Whoever follows this WILL have a successful coaching business… hands down.” She went on to try to help me brainstorm ways to keep it alive without killing me in the process (since I will have my hands full with quite a few other things and won't have capacity to maintain the program anymore) So, I wanted to tell you about one of the ideas we’ve had: turning CATALYST into a self-paced course the idea would be that you could get access to all the content inside of CATALYST without any of the coaching or live calls (although you'd have the recordings of every live call we've done in the program) So… I wanted to see what you guys thought of that Would any of you be interested? && if so, What would feel like a no-brainer price point for you to access the CATALYST material? My best guess is there’s probably over 200+ hrs of material on things like - Content - Offer creation - Human Design - Community-centric business models - Lead generation - Sales/enrollment trainings - Designing coaching programs - All live call recordings on various topics with live coaching Etc, etc, etc Point is… it’s a lot of shit and I won’t give it away cause we all know that won’t help anyone But I would love to hear what would feel like a price point that would elicit commitment & motivate you to actually go through it, but still feel like a complete no brainer to you? drop ur thoughts in the comments!
