Returns and Exchanges
Im trying to identify anything that might be holding my store back... I currently state 'no returns or exchanges' on my store but wonder if this is hurting my conversion rate. I can see that someone might be reluctant to spend large amounts without the possibility of getting their money back. Is it worth the risk of offering exchanges/returns to potentially open the door to more buyers?

Mihai will be able to suggest but in the videos it does recommend to offer refunds and exchanges - just to make it clear somewhere (like in FAQs) that you will not do so if it’s simply due to a change of mind, entirely your choice though.

Hi all, question regarding poster design to sell as POD. Do I use ChatGPT to design it , Canva or midjourney ? Or a combination of all three? Thanks

As David said, just one thing to note is that you will most likely need to upscale the picture before editing on Canva.

Tom’s videos are good at explaining this but essentially you can set up a delivery profile which includes each of the countries listed in the video as free delivery (set up each country as it also allows correct delivery timeframes), then add everywhere else for £19.99 rather than free delivery - then you can increase the price of the item via domestic and global pricing. This is what Tom describes in his videos - many people might do this differently.
