Hello everyone! I’m happy to be here as a member of Arizona Entrepreneurs. I was referred by @Douglas Sea I’m from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In 2019, we had one of the worst winters I could remember. I was delayed in California while visiting my daughter who was in college. I couldn’t return home for 2 days because it was too cold and icy for planes to land in Milwaukee. It was the best delayed flight I’d ever experienced and it changed my perspective on life. “Why was I living a life that didn’t allow me where t-shirts in January (as I was in California) and required me to shovel snow and de-ice my car at 6am just to go to work???” 🧐 6 months later, I moved to California, quit my job as a VP of Marketing at a software firm, and decided to outsource my skills as a Marketing Consultant because the company I worked for didn’t allow remote working. 6 months after that, the pandemic happened and I couldn’t get the momentum I needed while everything was shutdown in California. Another 6 months later, my partner and our families decided to move to Arizona. We’ve been here since 2020 and we all love it. I have 20 years of experience working with CEOs and Founders of small businesses. I have a vast background in digital marketing, graphic design, and web design. Clients call me the “tech-whisperer” because I help them understand small business technology and how to keep up with the constantly evolving world of marketing. At this point of my career, I’m coaching others to do some of my work so that I can become a better CEO. I’m currently focused on helping clients develop smart plans to adopt AI. I created an assessment and will hold a free training to discuss what AI adoption may look like for owners of small businesses. If you’re interested in starting your AI journey with me, here’s a link to the quiz - https://smartaiquiz.scoreapp.com/ As for coffee, each morning I wake up and decide if I want traditional drip coffee or Nespresso. 90% of the time, I choose the nostalgic feeling of brewing drip coffee. But I still love my Nespresso machine when I want to feel bougie 🤣
