My 'Morning Briefing' Claude workflow
You know those mornings when EVERYTHING seems like it's important and needs to be done at once? You sit down ready to work…and promptly use a chunk of your best working hours trying to decide what in the world you should even work on first. Well, that's a problem I set out to solve! Enter: my morning briefing with Claude. 😏 This week at the AI Exposed Summit (The Claude Edition), I'm giving a sneak peek into my actual Claude workflow I use to have Claude create a prioritized briefing FOR me. (Honestly, usually while I'm still lying in bed first thing in the morning 😅) It recommends what I should focus on first. What can reasonably wait (no matter how shiny it seems!). And what I absolutely can’t afford to miss. The session is now available until August 21st: ✨ No More Guessing! How Claude Runs My Business Briefing So I Always Know What to Do First Check it out for free here: https://www.skool.com/empowered-ai-collective/about?ref=9488c05711954f9ba7bd719cc4432143

@Elaine Clark Here's one of the sources I have bookmarked: https://comtechnology.co.nz/how-to-connect-multiple-gmail-accounts-to-claude-on-mac/ But there are several guides and even a few GitHub repos that cover setting up multiple MCP servers.

@Elaine Clark Understand that! It's a more advanced setup that most users will need or want so it's not talked about as much.
Happy FriYAY! This or That: Timing & Deadline Style Edition
Let’s have some fun! In honor of the fact that I just now remembered that it’s Friday and posting this at 8pm 😜… Timing & Deadline Edition - Early bird or fashionably late? - Start projects early or wait til deadline? - Set reminders or trust your memory? - Over-prepare or just go with it? - Sleep on it or decide immediately? - Always running on time or always scrambling?

Is there an official start time like curtain? Early. If it's a party or something casual, fashionably late. Depends on the project, but even if I start early I'll wait til the deadline to finish! Set reminders - then still ignore them. 🤣 Usually over-prepared for new things, but after a few times I'll wing it. Like packing the night before... 🫣 Depends on the seriousness, but usually it's just confirming what I would've initially chosen anyways. Scrambling, but usually still on time!
Confession time...
Sometimes, I really don't like posting. On Skool, social, email, Substack... you name it. Sometimes, I just don't feel like "people-ing" and I don't want to feel like I have to be "on" and cheerful and engaging. And you know what? That's allowed! Yes, algorithms exist. Yes, engagement matters. Yes, if you're running a business you DO actually need to show up sometimes (or else how is anyone supposed to find you and learn of the Awesome Things you offer??) But your energy is data too. Post every single day and, yeah, you might grow faster. You might also combust. The reality is, you can market without despising your own marketing. You can be consistent without a fake smile. And who knows, you may even come to LOVE marketing your stuff! (*gasp!) If any of that resonated and you want to be able to create a marketing plan that actually feels good, even when you would rather curl up in a blanket burrito, then comment below and let me know! Thinking about putting together a little mini-series training on this if there's enough interest.

I've got plans for some automated Airtable & n8n automations (likely with some AI built in) to mitigate some of this. I have SO many older blog posts, existing film reviews, etc that I really need to be resharing regularly - and I don't, because I have to do it manually still. Specify which day of the week gets which type of regurgitated content, then the system pulls a random content and reshares it. When mixed in my usual monthly social marketing/promo content, it'll keep "engagement" elevated - but AUTOMATED! Now... to find the time to actually set it up.
Welcome new faces!
Welcome to The Cold Coffee Club, where finishing what you start actually happens, and nobody judges you for the third cup before noon 😅. We're thrilled to have some fantastic new faces joining us—let's get to know them! @Yisel C is here tackling that universal struggle: too many ideas, not enough finished products, and joining the club to find the focus and momentum to turn inspiration into reality—something we're all working toward. @Karen Van Graan brings her dream-building expertise from sunny South Africa and Wisconsin (wait, what?! Such different locales!). As a coach and digital marketer, she's ready to help others make their dreams real while finding her own clarity in this community. @Noah Williams is building online and learning as he goes—hungry to pick up wisdom from people a few steps ahead. Time management is his challenge, and he knows the right community can change that. Potential connection with @Mindy Iannelli, who runs Garden of Ease on exactly keeping systems sustainable and simple. @Shelly Martin is an AI workflow automation specialist and podcast host from Kansas focused on cutting admin and scaling smarter. Check out her website engagemoreforyou.com and connect with her on LinkedIn. @Robbyn Fisher is a homeschool mom of 12+ years providing resources and encouragement to other at-home parents—and finishing what she starts is her focus. She'd mesh well with @Amy Joy, who runs Natural Energy Solutions and understands the juggling act of motherhood and building something meaningful. @Sarah Masciantonio is a mom of seven, wife, and pastor balancing it all. Staying in one idea long enough to launch is her current hurdle—something @Michele Hoover knows well; check out her Female Entrepreneur Mastermind, michelehoovercoaching, and michelehoovercoaching.com for guidance on navigating burnout and life transitions as a mom.

FriYAY! This or That: Birthday Edition
Happy Friday, all! It's almost my husband's birthday, so in honor of the (super top secret) stuff I've been prepping for him while he's been gone this week, this This or That is all about BIRTHDAYS! 🎂 Birthday Edition - Big party or intimate dinner? - Surprise or planned? - Gifts or experiences? - Cake or dessert of choice? - Make a big deal or low-key? - Day-of or weekend bash? - Tell people or keep it quiet?

- Depends on my mood (and the age! some years are better suited for bigger parties!) - Planned. No one's done a surprise yet, but not sure I'd want that... - Both really. Experiences are great, but sometimes you get practical gifts that are nice to have. - Was always a pie on my birthday! But have grown to enjoy cakes more, but depends on the cake too. We did ice cream cakes for a few of the later teenage years. - Low-key. Long past the age where I care about my birthday. But I still want people to know - without me having to remind them (or Facebook!) - Depends on what's planned. I no longer take the day of off work, but a small dinner is best on the day. - Keep it quiet - but again, I still sorta want people to know without me telling them. Hah!
