As we head into the fourth quarter, I’ve been thinking less about What new AI tool should I try?and more about: What do I want technology to actually accomplish for my business? For those of us in mortgage and real estate, I think there’s a big difference. It’s easy to spend hours learning new tools, testing prompts, generating content and talking about AI. The real opportunity is turning technology into a repeatable business system. For Q4, I’m looking at four areas: Lead Generation - How can I create more consistent opportunities without simply spending more money on leads? Follow-Up - What can technology help me stay on top of so good prospects and referral relationships don’t fall through the cracks? Relationship Building - How can AI help me stay more relevant and valuable to Realtors, clients and my sphere without making communication feel automated? Productivity - What repetitive task can I eliminate, simplify or systematize so I can spend more time doing the things that actually require me? The technology itself isn’t the goal. The goal is a better business. And I think that’s where this community gets particularly interesting. We’re not just learning about AI, we’re figuring out how to make it useful in the real world. So here’s my Q4 question for the group: If you could have ONE technology or AI system working consistently in your business by December 31st, what would you want it to do? Get it done and get on ZOOM Support! For me, I’m focused on systems that help me stay connected, follow up consistently, create value and free up more time for actual conversations. Curious what everyone else is putting at the top of their Q4 technology list. Let’s get to posting here on SKOOL!
