I have been lifting and competing for over 12 years. I have had several different on line coaches that were not ideal. It took me a while and multiple conversations with coach Ben and I decided to join the team.
I needed a coach and accountability to take me to the next level, Coach Ben didn't disappoint. Wirh multiple training plans and options weekly check ins available makes Big Benchas a great fit for me. I will be 60 in a few months and have several national and would records in range.
