Daily Recode - Alignment Over Access
Not every open door belongs to you. Alignment matters more than access. An opportunity can be good and still not be good for you. Sometimes we’ve been waiting so long for something to change that when a door finally opens, we assume we have to walk through it. It’s available. They chose me. The money looks good. I’ve been asking for an opportunity. What if another one doesn’t come? But access alone isn’t always confirmation. An open door can still require you to compromise something you value, take on more than you can sustain, or move in a direction you don’t actually want to go. Creating from truth means asking more than: “Can I have this?” It also asks: “Do I want the life that comes with this?” Reflection Have I ever mistaken being offered something for evidence that I was supposed to accept it? What would I consider before saying yes if I trusted that this wasn’t my only opportunity? Today’s Practice When an opportunity presents itself, don’t only evaluate what you’re gaining. Look at what comes with it. Ask: Does this align with who I am becoming? What will this require me to give, change, or carry? Can I stand behind the yes after the excitement wears off? You don’t have to reject something simply because it requires something from you. Just make sure you’re choosing the whole opportunity, not only the part that looks good from the doorway. Affirmation I do not have to accept every opportunity available to me. I choose with discernment, not scarcity. I consider what comes with my yes. I trust that access is not more important than alignment. Community Reflection Have you ever said no to a good opportunity because you realized it wasn’t the right opportunity for you? What helped you recognize the difference? Share only what feels comfortable. ✦ ☾ ✦ Week 10 • Creating From Truth Instead of Fear Rooted in truth. Rising in abundance. Together.

I AM GOING TO BE VERY TRANSPARENT LIKE YOU WERE ON YOUR LAST YOUTUBE EPISODE IT DOESN’T MATTER BECAUSE NOBODY REALLY KNOWS WHO I AM ANYWAY I’VE NEVER HAD TOO MANY GOOD OPPORTUNITIES PRESENTED TO ME IN MY LIFE, EXCEPT FOR ONE TIME ONE OF MY DREAMS THAT I HAVE WAS PRESENTED TO ME. I WOULD’VE BEEN FAMOUS AND MADE A LOT OF MONEY. AND I WOULD BE IN A MUCH BETTER POSITION THEN WHERE I AM TODAY, BUT I MESSED IT UP. THE ONLY OPPORTUNITIES THAT I GET NOW I GIVE THEM TO MYSELF. IF THIS MAKES ANY SENSE AT ALL, THAT’S ALL I’M GONNA SAY ON THIS.
Daily Recode - Every Yes Has a Cost
Every yes has a cost. Spend your time and energy where they can remain aligned. Every yes gives something access to you. Your time. Your attention. Your energy. Sometimes your money. Sometimes your peace. That doesn’t make saying yes a bad thing. It simply means a yes is never completely free. When we say yes without considering the cost, we can end up committed to things we don’t have the capacity, desire, or resources to sustain. And sometimes the cost isn’t obvious until later. A quick favor becomes an ongoing expectation. One extra responsibility becomes another thing you’re constantly managing. An obligation you accepted out of guilt begins taking energy away from something you genuinely value. Boundaries help us remember that our resources are finite, even when our hearts are generous. Reflection What have I been saying yes to without considering what that yes requires from me? And what is that yes taking time or energy away from? Today’s Practice Before your next yes today, pause. Ask yourself: “What will this require from me?” Then ask: “Am I willing and able to give that without becoming resentful, depleted, or misaligned?” You don’t have to say no simply because something has a cost. The practice is learning to recognize the cost before you agree to pay it. Affirmation My time and energy have value. I choose my yes with intention. I can be generous without becoming overextended. I give my resources to what I can support with integrity and alignment. Community Reflection What’s one thing you’re becoming more intentional about saying yes to—or no to—because you’ve started recognizing the real cost? Share only what feels comfortable. ✦ ☾ ✦ Week 8 • Boundaries Protect Abundance Rooted in truth. Rising in abundance. Together.

I REALLY LIKE THESE POST THAT YOU KEEP PUTTING UP. I’M GONNA HAVE TO THINK ABOUT THIS ONE FOR A MINUTE. I BARELY RARELY SAY YES TO PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY’RE ALWAYS ASKING FOR SOMETHING. EVEN IF I HAVE THE MONEY I ACT LIKE I DON’T OR PRETEND LIKE I’M BROKE EVEN IF I HAVE A POCKET FULL OF MONEY I’M NOT SELFISH BUT A LOT OF TIMES I REALLY DON’T LIKE DEALING WITH PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY’RE BEGGING ALL THE TIME IF I GIVE MONEY, I ONLY GIVE IT TO THE PEOPLE THAT I THINK THAT REALLY NEED ITLIKE A HOMELESS PERSON I GIVE MONEY AND SAY YES, ALL THE TIME TO THEM BECAUSE I KNOW WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO BE IN THAT SITUATION COME
Daily Recode - Worthy Before the Finish Line
You are worthy before you finish the task. Many of us learned to feel good about ourselves only after we accomplished something. Finish the project. Get the promotion. Help everyone else. Meet every expectation. Then maybe you’ve earned the right to rest, celebrate, or feel enough. But when worth is tied to performance, there is always another finish line waiting. Your accomplishments can reflect your effort. They should not determine your value. You were never meant to earn your humanity one achievement at a time. Reflection When do I feel most worthy? Is it when I simply exist, or only after I’ve accomplished something? What would change if I believed my worth remained constant, even on an ordinary day? Today’s Practice Before crossing something off your to-do list today, pause for a moment. Remind yourself: “Completing this task may bring satisfaction, but it does not create my worth.” Then finish your work from a place of stewardship instead of proving yourself. Affirmation My worth is not waiting at the end of my to-do list. I can work with excellence without tying my value to my performance. I am worthy before I achieve, and I remain worthy afterward. Community Reflection Have you ever noticed yourself feeling “more enough” after accomplishing something? What would it look like to believe your worth existed before the accomplishment? Share only what feels comfortable. ✦ ☾ ✦ Week 7 • Worthiness Without Performance Rooted in truth. Rising in abundance. Together.

What I got from this lesson it’s pretty much common sense to me if you think negatively all the time that’s going to be your experience But the funny thing about this is, I know people like that they think negatively all the time and are very miserable words and thinking shape your reality so you have to be very careful what you say and think
Daily Recode - Money is a Resource
Money is a resource. It can be handled with wisdom without becoming your identity or your ruler. It’s easy to tie our worth to our financial circumstances. Some people feel successful only when they have more. Others feel ashamed when they have less. But money was never meant to define who you are. It is a tool that can be used to meet needs, create opportunities, support others, and build a meaningful life. When money becomes our identity, we may chase it at the expense of our peace. When money becomes our ruler, fear can begin making our decisions for us. A healthier relationship with money allows it to take its proper place—as something to steward wisely, not something that determines our value. Reflection In what ways have I allowed money to influence how I see myself or measure my worth? Today’s Practice The next time you think about money today, pause and remind yourself: “Money is something I manage. It is not who I am.” Notice whether that shifts the way you approach your decisions, your goals, or your emotions. Affirmation My worth is not measured by my bank account. I choose to handle money with wisdom, gratitude, and discernment. Money is a resource that supports my life, not the measure of my value. Community Reflection What has helped you separate your self-worth from your financial circumstances? Share only if you’re comfortable. ✦ ☾ ✦ Week 5 • The Stories We Inherited About Money Rooted in truth. Rising in abundance. Together.

I think these daily recodes are very interesting. And important I could learn a lot from them.My question is what can a person do to stop these reoccurring thoughts popping up in your mind all the time I understand where these thoughts came from mostly inherited but how can you stop the thoughts or blocked them out every time the conversation of money comes up
Daily Recode - The Sentence Beneath the Money
Notice the sentence you repeat when money appears. That sentence may be an inheritance, not a truth. We all have an inner dialogue that shows up when money enters the conversation. “I can’t afford that.” “I’ll never get ahead.” “Money always disappears.” “People like me don’t become wealthy.” These thoughts can feel so familiar that we mistake them for facts. But often they’re echoes—messages picked up from childhood, family, culture, or difficult experiences. The first thought that appears isn’t always the belief you have to keep. Awareness gives you the opportunity to choose a different response. Reflection What is the sentence that comes to mind most often when I think about money? Where did I first learn it? Today’s Practice The next time you notice a recurring thought about money, pause before accepting it. Ask yourself: “Is this something I know to be true, or is this a story I’ve repeated for so long that it feels true?” Write down one new sentence that better reflects the relationship with money you’re choosing to build. Affirmation I notice my thoughts without being ruled by them. I have permission to question inherited beliefs. I choose money stories that are grounded in wisdom, possibility, and truth. Community Reflection What’s one money belief you’ve caught yourself repeating that you’re beginning to see differently? Share only if you’re comfortable. ✦ ☾ ✦ Week 5 • The Stories We Inherited About Money Rooted in truth. Rising in abundance. Together.
