I joined in January '26. At 67 post-retirement I had become quite unhealthy, I had to do something urgently: health- and fitness-wise my transformation at Rooted Alchemy has easily exceeded my expectations. Moreover, I have progressed in these arts further than I thought possible. Sonny's coaching is first rate, structured incremental progress deeply informed decades of eclectic practice. The admin are efficient and responsive, and the community very supportive. Excellent VFM too.
