Here we go!!
Started running Facebook ads 3 weeks ago, as of today we have $77k quoted jobs , and $7500 on the books First job starts this Friday. The work is definitely there!

No we get a mix of brush clearing and some full lot clearing, as we hone in on the ads them selves that seems to be the trick to which type of customer we are getting. Our early ads were getting us alot of boot kickers now they seem to be more qualified!

we started at $25 a day and now as of 8-26-26 we are spending $50 a day. at 94 leads we have spent $2374 which comes out to $25.26 per lead. we have completed 7 jobs in 13 days with $30,500 in total revenue. i have another $51,000 scheduled with 25% deposits. one of those jobs is an 18 day job. right now i am part time with the forestry mulching. i go full time on September 14. Facebook ads work!!!!

Is messenger better or lead form? Whats getting better results? We are getting alot of leads but no contact after that form is filled out. Any solutions?

Mulching Rocky terrain
What are guys doing about mulching rocky terrain? What teeth are you using? Are you just billing the replacement of teeth into that specific job?

@John Tyznik thanks for the info, we get a mix of everything for soil type, but rocks are becoming more common, And haven't delt with it yet. But we are gonna!

Insurance struggles
Hi everyone, has anyone else had difficulty getting general liability insurance for their forestry mulching business? The broker I've been working with is telling me that I keep being denied coverage because of the type of working I'm getting into and the combination of being a start up company, anyone have any suggestions on a route to take?
