Community is solid. I did have a rather poor experience when I booked a call with the PS team. She was condescending and crossed over into insulting during the call. I promise you, I'm not this petty, but I'd want to know if someone acting this way was representing my firm. It was a strange call indeed as I'm sure she has not built an accounting practice but was an expert in how an actual operator was running theirs. Again, it is what it is, but I'd want to know.
