👋 Welcome to The Operations Room
I'm so glad you're here. If you're here, there's a good chance you're tired of feeling like you're carrying your business alone. Maybe you've been trying to keep up with algorithms, create endless content, learn every new tool, answer every email, and somehow still have energy left to serve your clients. I believe there's a different way. The Operations Room is a place for coaches and service providers who want to build calmer, more sustainable businesses through better systems, thoughtful AI, practical workflows, and genuine human connection. Around here, we believe in: 🤍 Presence over pressure. 🤍 Human to human. 🤍 Building a business that supports your life, not one that constantly asks for more of you. Start here: ✨ Introduce yourself in the comments and tell us: • Your name • Who you help • Where you're from • What's the biggest bottleneck in your business right now? Here's what you'll find inside: ✅ Practical systems and workflows ✅ AI that actually saves time ✅ Templates and checklists ✅ Behind-the-scenes business strategies ✅ Honest conversations with people who get it I'm so glad you're here. Let's build something that feels a little more human. Erin 🤍

@Erin Rauch A little bit of both. Personally because I am always trying to better myself. For others, it's those that want to advance themselves and can't always see the best way to do that.

@Nora Gianna I started with being an online fitness coach, but I couldn't really get it off the ground. I then started tapping into tools that could help myself with relationships, both personal and professional. I later realized that I enjoy this and wanted to start branching out. The journey has still been primarily to support myself, however I am starting to feel the pull more and more to assist others.
⏱️ Tiny Time Saver Tuesday
What's one task in your business that feels way more time-consuming than it should? It could be something in the poll or anything else. Vote or drop it in the comments. I'll come back tomorrow and share a tip, tool, AI prompt, or system that can make it easier! Let's save each other a little time today. 💜

@Erin Rauch I don't really have one. sporadically, I will make a post or reel inviting people to have a conversation with me, but hat hasn't gotten me anywhere.

@Nora Gianna I don't understand.
Changing Your Perspective
Good morning everyone! I know we have a lot of coaches in this room, which is why I wanted to share this with you. Hope you find this as helpful as I did!

The Criticism one stuck out for me.

@Erin Rauch I think more from myself. I have a nasty habit of telling myself I am not skilled enough or ready enough. I know this is not true as I have proven this wrong time and time again. Yet, it is a deep rooted false belief that I struggle to change the narrative on.
🎉 Win Wednesday
Big wins. Tiny wins. "We finally figured it out!" wins. They all count here. 💜 I'll go first... This week my win has been watching this community become more than just a collection of posts. Seeing people introduce themselves, ask thoughtful questions, encourage each other, and genuinely connect has reminded me why I started The Operations Room in the first place. Now it's your turn. ✨ What's one win you're celebrating this week? It doesn't have to be a huge milestone. Maybe you finally: ✅ Created a system ✅ Tried AI for the first time ✅ Finished something you've been avoiding ✅ Signed a client ✅ Took a real break ✅ Simply kept showing up Let's celebrate it together! 👇

I just passed my level 2 progression certification at work. I thought I failed it. I was pleasantly surprised!

@Erin Rauch For sure, That one is way more in depth though. I have also considered working towards either a project specialist or supervisor role here. Surprise, surprise. The first steps were jst to get in the door and prove I can be an asset to the team and company.
What’s one thing you do consistently that has made the biggest difference in your business?
We spend a lot of time chasing the next strategy, tool, or productivity hack. But when I look back at what’s actually moved the needle in my own business, it usually comes down to consistency. Showing up. Following up. Improving one system at a time. Building relationships. None of those things are flashy, but they compound. I’d love to hear from you… What’s one habit, routine, or system you’ve been consistent with that’s made your business easier or more successful? Let’s steal some good ideas from each other. 👇

@Erin Rauch I'm sure that's what I need. Among a plethora of other things!

@Erin Rauch Probably promoting myself and reaching out to people to see if they would like to be a client of mine. I tend to get caught up in the noise of creating the graphics, posts, even a website at one point to attract people, none of which actually did that.
