Epiphany: Education Exists to Produce Students. Not Courses.
A few years ago, I had an epiphany as an educator: The product of education isn’t courses or programs. It’s the students… and their impact in our communities. That’s why everyone is asking the wrong question about AI in schools. It’s not whether AI will make students lazy. It’s about how students use it. Some students will use AI to do less thinking. Others will push thinking to a whole new level. If we ban it, we don’t prevent cheating. We delay student’s real-world readiness. In my opinion, the solution is to teach AI as a universal skill, in order to increase human-to-human interaction in learning. This is a strong framing. Once you see students as the output, not the content, the AI debate changes completely. Tools never determine outcomes. Incentives and norms do. What I keep coming back to is that AI exposes thinking quality rather than replacing it. Weak reasoning becomes obvious faster. Strong reasoning compounds faster. The risk is not students doing less thinking. The risk is schools optimizing for compliance instead of judgment. Teaching AI as a skill forces educators to make thinking explicit, which is where real learning actually happens. Banning it just preserves the illusion that the system was working as intended.
🎯 How can one product focus boost your business success?

Focusing on one core product streamlines marketing, sales, and delivery, allowing for mastery over a single offer rather than diluting efforts across multiple ventures. It enhances efficiency, simplifies messaging, and improves conversion rates by addressing one market’s specific pain point deeply. This approach accelerates learning, refines processes, and increases scalability while reducing distractions. By optimizing a single high-value offer, businesses can compound growth, maximize revenue, and establish a strong reputation—aligning with Alex Hormozi’s principle of achieving outsized returns through focused execution.
❓ How would you pivot to a higher leverage opportunity in your field?
Alex Hormozi emphasizes the importance of seeking high leverage opportunities for exponential growth. Analyze the opportunities within your own sector and consider where you could apply your skills for greater leverage and impact. Keeping in mind Hormozi's strategy, identify an opportunity in your area of business that could yield higher returns with the same or less effort. Share your insight in a short response, and let's see how we might 10x our growth trajectory. To pivot to a higher leverage opportunity in my field, I’m shifting from one-on-one ethical AI consulting to scalable digital products, courses, and memberships that educate executives and entrepreneurs on responsible AI adoption. This transition allows me to help more people at scale while reducing time-for-money constraints. Additionally, building a faceless YouTube channel around AI ethics and strategy will expand my reach, creating passive lead generation and monetization opportunities.

@Alexi Drouin I've found that gig work sites are absolutely wonderful for getting lots of options for outsourcing specific tasks. One thing that I have found that works in the past: If there's a type of task that you find yourself outsourcing on a regular basis -- once you find the best outsource partner that has gone over and above for you repeatedly.. lock them in to a direct T&M contract. That way, you know that you have a dedicated resource who has consistently performed for you; and has skin in the game to see you succeed. This can then also lead to a potential for an FTE hire at a later date if the need arises.
