🌙 A NEW CHAPTER: FOLLOWING THE MOON
Hi everyone, I hope you've all had a fabulous summer! It's been a busy one here. Alongside some time away in Greece and hosting our retreat in Essex, as well as attending three week-long retreats in qigong, neigong and meditation — so I'm looking forward to reconnecting and practising with you all on here. As some of you will have already noticed the name of this community has changed from 'The Remembering' to - 'Following the Moon | Qigong & Meditation.' The rebrand aligns this community together with Following the Moon retreats and social media, creating one home for the different practices and teachings I explore and share. All of the existing content, courses and offerings remain. In fact, they'll be expanding, with more opportunities to get involved with qigong, neigong, breathwork, meditation, self-enquiry and other areas of study across every membership tier. 🌙 WHAT'S CHANGING? With the new rebrand, you'll see improvements across every membership level: 🌙 Free – Qigong practices, meditation sits, discussions around Qi and meditation theory, community and resources. 🌙 Premium – Expanded practices, courses and teachings across Qigong, meditation, breathwork, self-enquiry and spiritual study, alongside a growing on-demand library. 🌙 VIP – Deeper training, live Qigong & Neigong, small-group/1-to-1 coaching with me, practice guidance and exclusive retreat discounts. And this September also sees the launch of the new 1–2 Year Qigong Teacher Training & Certification, with Level 1 being Qigong Teacher Certification and the option to continue into Level 2 Advanced Teacher Qualification. ☕ WE'RE OPENING THIS WEEKEND I'll be officially opening the community this weekend, with a Zoom get-together on Sunday at 13:00 for anyone who'd like to drop in (see the Calendar tab to join). Nothing too formal. We'll have a look around the platform for anyone new, and I'll explain how everything is going to work and what's coming up, and we can have a cuppa and chat about all the things on offer and how they might aid your journey and practice!

🌙 A NEW CHAPTER: FOLLOWING THE MOON
February - May Daily Meditation Gong – How It Works!
Hey everyone! For those joining the February Meditation Gong, here’s the simple format we’ll all follow to keep things clean, structured, and powerful: 1️⃣ Your Daily Goal Meditate every day in February. - Solo practice - Anytime that suits you - Minimum: 10 minutes (20–30 minutes recommended for a deeper challenge) 2️⃣ How to Log Your Session Post your daily meditation entry in the comments of THIS page only.(Keeping everything here means the timeline stays clean.) 3️⃣ Post Format (Copy This!) Example: 1.2.26 – Day 1 – 10:07–10:31 meditation Please time your meditation and include start + end times. 4️⃣ If You Miss a Day Traditional gong rules = restart from Day 1.But for this February-only gong, we’ll adapt: - If you miss a day, continue when you can. - Your day count will fall behind the date. Example:If it’s 10 Feb but you’ve completed 8 sessions, your post would be: 10.2.26 – Day 8 – 19:00–19:25 meditation 5️⃣ Completion Goal By the end of February, aim to complete: ✔️ 28 total meditation days✔️ Each day: 10+ minutes(20–30 minutes recommended if you want a stronger test of discipline and depth.) 6️⃣ Important Rule No post = missed day. You must post the same day you meditate.I won’t accept late uploads — so build the habit: Meditate → Immediately post your result here. 7️⃣ Most Important… Enjoy the gong. Let it shape your discipline, clarity, energy, and presence throughout February. Let’s go! Any questions then please shout 🙏✨

Happy Easter!
Have a great day everyone. Welcome to newcomers Natalie & Roshni. New Article is up titled: Why We Don't Do the Things That Are Good for Us:- Everyone knows what they should be doing. Sleep more. Drink more water. Eat better. Move their body. Meditate. And yet… most people don’t do it. Or they do it briefly, inconsistently, and fall off. So the question isn’t: “What works?” It’s: “Why don’t people do what works?”......... To read the full article Go To Classroom/Standard/Articles

News & Updates
Hi Everyone, Hope you are all well, and enjoying your weekend. Few notes and musings: 1. In the Premium section Module 1 is complete with Module 2 starting next week. Anyone who would like to join this can at anytime and watch the 10-15min videos whenever suits. 2. The Dao De Jing course will be going live next week too - an in depth discussion and Chpt review of the ancient classic by LaoZi. 3. I will be hosting a two day retreat in Upminster in May on the 23rd & 24th: Qigong, Tai Chi, Breathwork, Meditation, NonDual Teachings, Gong Bath, Tea Tasting, Nature Walks 10:00-16:00 each day - get in touch for more info. As its Easter next week and for those who might not have seen my Instagram Post - I thought I would share the answer to few client questions I received on why Easter Day is on a different day each year. As well a new article up is titled Meditation is Not just Sitting Down - have added the opening paragraph below too. Question: Why does Easter not fall on the same day each year like Christmas? Easter falls on a different date each year because it isn’t based on a fixed calendar — it’s based on natural cycles, specifically the Sun and the Moon. It’s celebrated on the first Sunday after the first Full Moon following the Spring Equinox. Ancient cultures placed huge importance on the Moon because it was a visible way to track time and cycles — the full moon represented completion, fullness, and peak energy. The Spring Equinox marks the turning point of the year: the end of winter and the beginning of spring, when day and night are equal and light begins to dominate. This signalled fertility, growth, and the start of the agricultural season — quite literally the return of life. Christianity later fixed Easter to a Sunday to align with the resurrection of Jesus, but Sunday itself already had significance. In older traditions, particularly in Roman culture, Sunday was associated with the Sun — even linked to the worship of “Sol Invictus,” the unconquered sun.
