I overthink out loud. 😂 DOGS. Humans. Bali. Business. Plants. Random observations. The weird shite I notice. 📌 New here? Read the pinned post.

Water is boring. That's exactly why we forget to drink it.
Our dear member @Mimi Ramsey said something last week that stuck with me: "I think I simply do not have a consistent water habit and never actually have. I find it boring, is that random?" Not random at all. It's one of the most common things I hear, and it's not really about willpower. It's about two things: it feels boring, and it's genuinely easy to forget, especially if the glass or bottle isn't somewhere you can see it. A few things that actually help: - Keep a glass or bottle visible wherever you sit most, seeing it is the reminder, not remembering to think about it - Set an hourly alarm if visibility alone doesn't work for you - Notice if you only drink when you're already thirsty, that's usually a sign you need a visual cue, not more willpower - If water is your weak spot too, the Reset Map is a good place to start, it takes a few minutes and shows you exactly where to focus first. Drop a comment: is water your tricky one, or is it one of the other four?
