Amazing opportunities in AI!
Richard Branson said “If someone offers you an amazing opportunity and you're not sure you can do it, say yes – then learn how to do it later.” In the rapidly evolving world of artificial intelligence, this quote couldn’t be more relevant. Every day, new technologies, tools, and possibilities emerge at an exponential rate! It's alarming but also very exciting. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed or doubt your abilities when faced with something unfamiliar. But here’s the truth, just remember nobody starts as an expert. The most successful innovators in AI and in life are those who embrace opportunities, even when they’re unsure. They say “yes” to challenges, trusting that they can learn, adapt, and grow along the way. This mindset is the fuel behind breakthroughs and personal growth. Why is this important in AI? - AI is always changing: What you don’t know today, you can learn tomorrow. This field definitely will reward curiosity and adaptability. - Opportunities are everywhere: From building smarter apps to solving real-world problems, AI is full of chances to make an impact. - Learning by doing - the best way to master AI is to dive in. Take on projects, join teams, and experiment even if you feel unprepared. - So, the next time you’re offered a chance to work on an AI project, collaborate with a new team, or learn a new tool, remember Branson’s advice. Say yes. Trust yourself to figure it out as you go. You might surprise yourself with what you can achieve.

@Sofina Aghios Yes! It first started with ARAMCO Oil & Gas industry. The second was working for NCR. What a journey.
81% of Companies Consider AI as Essential to Operations, Up to 88%. 1,500 IT/Business Execs from AU, UK, FR, Germany, Japan, US survey.
Agentic AI goes mainstream as majority of companies report leveraging multiple AI Agents Leaders are adopting artificial intelligence so widely that they now trust it to take charge, according to new research from PagerDuty. “When it comes to the fast-growing area of agentic AI and AI agents, executives on both the business and IT side are increasingly confident that AI can protect their interests, even when things go wrong,” according to PagerDuty. Based on responses from 1,500 IT and business executives across Australia, France, Germany, Japan, U.K. and U.S. regions, the PagerDuty AI Resilience Survey found that 81% of executives trust AI agents to take action on the company’s behalf during a crisis, such as a service outage or security event. “A vast majority of executives (81%) trust AI agents to take action on behalf of their organization during a crisis, such as an outage or security event, according to a survey of 1,500 IT and business executives - that trust level is even higher in the UK (88%) and Australia (88%),” the report explains. "AI is moving from experimental to essential. Nearly three-quarters of executives (74%) say their company would struggle to function without it, showing how quickly reliance has grown. "Projects that began as pilots and trials are now viewed as mission-critical infrastructure. Additionally, companies are increasingly using AI in software development, where more than four out of five respondents (84%) report using it to write, review, or suggest code," the report observes.

@Ivonne Teoh Thanks for the ad.
One Year On….
[14th January 2026 - update: Someone just paid me £100 for a couple of hours consulting. Also just put out two proposals for projects totalling £2,000 pcm. I basically had a word with the nutter in my head and told him to STFU! You see, the only reason I hadn’t gotten anywhere in that first year, is because of me and my subconscious saboteur. We had words over Xmas and New Year. And then in the first week of the New year, I got my first client. 2026, onwards and upwards.] Today, October 1st, 2025, marks my first year anniversary here in this Skool group. Am I making any money yet? Truthfully…. No. Have I spent any money on this AI agency building stuff? Yes. Loads… - Agentics Website (great, but that’s my opinion). - £1,000 - Agentics Blog - 200 ‘expert’ articles, all indexed with very high rankings on Google - £1,000 (complete waste of money - do not use Tely.ai ) - Accounting/Bookkeeping - necessary for me. I am a VAT registered Limited company and though I could do (and have done) this myself, previous run-ins with the tax man have made me think again! - £1,000 well spent. - Business/AI Software subscriptions. You can not do this all for free. You have to pay and try out different stuff to see what works best for your set up. - £2,000  (Admittedly kept some subscriptions longer than I should have done.) - Misc business expenses. Stuff like a Zoom subscription, domain names, hosting and other misc business overhead stuff. - £2,000 (Actually longer than a year since I have been spending bits on AI for a while now, and all those receipts add up and should be kept track of.) - Business Development Rep. I have being paying a freelance professional with 17 years experience to cold call and develop relations with business owners with a view to selling high ticket AI consultancy/projects. - £3,000 (I have 4 appointments booked for October, not what I had hoped for, but this should build.) Total: TEN GRAND! Yep, £10,000 ‘professionally’ spent, and as yet £0 revenue.
