@Tarun Sahdev in the UK it’s not that common so i’d try and fight against it. If it’s a deal breaker then you could do base rate

We bought 2 business in construction in that time that focus on the high end market doing over a million in revenue and growing. We also have a strong pipeline of deals that could take us to over a million in EBITDA. Looking forward to helping you guys out on your journey
