15/21 WEEK 3 TRANSMISSION: CONSISTENCY
Consistency is where it all starts to land in the material realm! We started with clarity, moved through courage, and now we bring that energy down into the base of the body, into action, repetition and material results. It's not about having perfect days or being productive all the time. It’s about the average of your efforts over months and years. Each repetition might only make you slightly better, but over time those tiny improvements compound until the quality of your work is unrecognisable. AVOID THIS TRAP: UNDERSTAND THAT INNER WORK ISN’T OUTER WORK Inner work can help us understand ourselves, heal, develop awareness and become more capable humans. It doesn't automatically produce results in the outside world. Results come from action taken repeatedly over time in a consistent direction. This requires us to stop expecting immediate feedback and take a much longer view. If you want to become genuinely good at communicating your message, making videos, writing, leading or creating, think in years rather than weeks. There are dozens of skills inside any craft. You need enough repetitions for those skills to develop and begin working together. MEASURE THE REP, NOT THE RESULT Consistency also requires a lot of self compassion, all we can do is show up and do our best. HABITS AND SYSTEMS: Willpower alone is a poor foundation for consistency. Habits turn repeated actions into things that require less thought. Systems organise the environment around you so the right actions become easier. That might mean: - having a weekly rhythm - creating content on particular days - capturing ideas as they arise - reviewing and organising those ideas once a week - batching several pieces of content at once - reviewing what worked at the end of each week - The goal is to reduce the amount of energy spent deciding what to do and preserve that energy for actually doing it. FALL IN LOVE WITH THE PROCESS Eventually, consistency becomes less about discipline and more about relationship with the craft.

My coaching and artist worlds seem to be converging. Future where I have a solid core fanbase for my original music, making over $100k between streaming, merch and occasional touring. Im also a leader in the creative/music space, helping artists build their following, show up publicly and authentically as the balance between , sharing who they are and making sure their art gets the best chance to be seen, especially through identity shifts. Dissolving the disharmony between their public and private self. Basically world needs more of the awkward creatives to share their creations and share their ideas and creations without minimising themselves. Im going to keep showing up online whilst I work this out... my 100 day challenge Im on i feel is going to expand out longer for a solid year.. Still working out how I build this effectively and create and release my music seriously at the same time. This is all life work territory... so theres no real time limit.
11/21 - SHADOW WORK
The part of you that can make your best content is probably hidden in your shadows. We all carry a picture of who we're allowed to be, shaped by our parents, our schooling, and the culture we grew up in. Some parts of us were socially acceptable and got rewarded. Other parts didn't. But all of them are still part of who we are. What to look at What parts of you got banished for being too much or not enough? Where did you receive disapproval, or get shut down? One of the most powerful forms of shadow work is revealing those parts and being witnessed in the revealing. Doing this reclaims power and life force, and that's gold for your content. How to apply it Choose an archetype that's living in your shadows and bring it to the front. Who are they? What do they want to say? What would happen if you stepped into this character, made a 60 or 90 second video, and posted it on the internet? What's next Do it, and report back in the comments. We want to see these shadows.

Just put up a reel about Hitler and how we can learn alot about expression from him. It was circling my head all morning.. and I couldnt let it go. I tried to find other topics but this was the one... its stirred up alot in how im perceived publicly. What if people associated me with hitler, or tried to pull me into morality arguments. Whats the perfect way to articulate it and make sure I cant be misunderstood. I just eventually had to record the video and put it out. I didn't die, a win for today

@Dane Tomas Same.. So far, the instagram community has basically ignored it. Tik tok is moving.. received a few negative comments I was expecting/hoping for.
8/21 TRANSMISSION 2: COURAGE
Welcome to Week Two. The theme we're activating this week is courage. The word courage comes from the Latin, then the French, before finding its way into English. The word coeur means heart, but it also points toward our core, our spirit. To have courage is to operate from our spirit and our heart regardless of whether we feel fear, intimidation or anxiety. It is the ability to connect to who we really are and to communicate, express and take action from that place. Why is this important when we're talking about messaging? Because we're programmed on many levels to keep ourselves safe and to play small. Our reptilian and mammalian brains are designed for survival. They tell us to hide, not take risks and not endanger ourselves. Then we add human conditioning. Tribal status, belonging and fitting in all become tied to our sense of safety. Human beings are social primates. We're designed to fit in. So speaking your message, expressing yourself artistically and stepping into leadership all feel risky to the nervous system. And yet there is something in us that wants more than survival. If we want to thrive and contribute, we have to access courage. I've worked on sexuality and embodiment for twenty years and entrepreneurship for fifteen. Both are challenging. But I think the artistic path is even more vulnerable. It asks us to put our heart on the line. To share what's inside us. To reveal parts that are vulnerable or sensitive. To create work that genuinely moves people, we have to take a risk. We have to bare ourselves. We have to bare our soul. And we have to do it over and over again. The bigger risk isn't being judged. The bigger risk is reaching the end of your life and realising you never really expressed your gifts. That you never gave as much as you could. That you never fully showed up. Not making enough money would be disappointing. Not achieving certain goals might sting. But never expressing my real essence into the world would feel like a waste of my life.

@Dane Tomas Same here! Samsung Galaxy S25... but I use the main camera instead of selfie camera... way better quality. It took a little bit of trial and error, getting myself in the frame, but once I got it down, it's so much better quality with minimal effort.

I did the courage and the fear videos with journalling. I dug into the fear. If I showed up as myself fully online, that people wouldn't want to be my friend and I would die alone. Tears welled up. Ill have days where all that wants to come out is a random noise or playful character but I make myself "give value" and I can tell ive abandoned myself instantly. Like my soul had to leave my body to record it. Those videos are tough to rewatch... Time to let my inner 5 year old out to play
