In her own words.... Hi everyone, I'm Mona, also known as Coach Mona. I run Steady Systems LLC, where I help established coaches attract the right-fit, high-ticket clients they actually want, using a method I call Attract-Connect-Convert. Most of the coaches I work with aren't struggling for lack of effort. They're struggling because their systems weren't built to hold the growth they're chasing. My job is to fix that. I also run two communities of my own: Next Level Growth Hub, a free space for coaches learning to attract premium clients, and Clients for Coaches, a paid community built around live events and workshops. A quote that shapes how I run my business: "Slowly is the fastest way to get to where you want to be." I say it often because it's true. Outside of work, I'm a mom of four adult kids, married to my husband for 35 years, and a grandma to six grandkids under nine. When I think about the communities I joined that recommended other groups that led me to @Christine Ross, it always confirms that EVERYTHING happens for a reason. 💯 Our paths crossed for a reason much bigger than the two of us will probably ever understand. 🙏🏻 I've left most of the groups in that path except this one. And, no, it's not the one where I met her. I truly believe if @Mona Weathers hadn't told me about the other group, I may not have met Christine. And I will always be grateful to her for that. 🤩 Christine has been working very hard and very quietly in the background to upgrade her group's cover photo, Discovery snippet, and About page. I sent her a DM but I also wanted to share with all of you what a GREAT job she did. I was already proud to KNOW her and proud OF her but now I am in AWE of her. 👑 If you're looking for two great groups to join, I highly recommend both of theirs.
