I watched his videos on social media, saved and reposted most of them, now I’m taking this course and learning how to (finally) make real change in my life. (It’s not by reading more books I will think are great but never apply anything from them.)

Most mind blowing thing I learned week 1: Observe when you don’t do something you believe you should, then get curious why you made that choice….instead of verbally abusing yourself.
