I almost broke down crying at the gym because I was just tired…. I texted Chris, “I’m not okay…” and he immediately went into action… He checked on me, hugged me, looked me in the eye and gave me the strongest and softest hug. I got better sleep that night but it’s a lot y’all… But it’s also good, and I’m building capacity in real time.
