I got my first carrier, yall ☺️!!! Routes out of CT; he already knew routes out of that area can be difficult which is mainly why he sought out a dispatcher. But since my father had done OTR out of CT for years when we lived there & now drives regionally in the Tri-State area, having him in the back pocket will be immensely helpful 🙏🏾. I'm confident this will be a great partnership and will definitely help me with areas that I may have missed in my practice route searches 😅. It's possible, yall, you've got this 🙌🏾! Thanks for all the support & info, I'll keep everyone updated on the progress 🤍

Needing funds to start my truck dispatching journey

Hello truck dispatching family I paused for a minute because I’m not able to pay for everything such as the llc ein and other platforms that are needed for me to start. But I will be back definitely when I file my taxes I’m just being straight forward

@Magdalena Cruz Cruz Yes, just like @Ashley Rogers said dont give up! And do your best to find work arounds until you can better afford what you need to make everything run smoother: 1. I believe in the 2nd classroom video, Gurpreet even suggested the option of waiting until you have more than one carrier to file your LLC. That gives you time to use what you make towards your LLC, even with just 1 carrier and 1 good load. 2. EIN is free! 3. Getting started on social media once your get through the class videos and have a better idea of onboarding & loadboard navigation is an easy, free way to put yourself out there until you can afford ads/trukai/membership etc. But what's provided in the free course is enough to def get you started! Do as much as you can with what you already have so that you don't lose too much momentum, just dont give up: you got this! 🙌🏾

How would you handle this situation?

Hypothetically, let’s say one of your drivers is on his way to delivery location and during one of his stops, he realizes the equipment he was delivering broke. Let me know what would be your best way to handle this situation in the comments ☺️

Progress 🙌🏾🚛

Hey yall 👋🏾. So I finally came up with a name (my last name's Bond & my dad will be giving input where he can from his OTR experience, so the name fit 😅) and I had social media posts made that I can switch up and edit over time. I've finished the free courses and finished creating my welcome/onboarding packet. I want to hit the ground running with finding carriers/social media on Friday! But I'm debating whether I should sign up for TrukAi first before doing so?
