I’m coming up on a full year inside Ibe’s mentorship, and one thing I can say without hesitation is that he has been consistent. Consistent with his support, consistent with providing resources, and consistent with giving his community access to whatever 
knowledge, tools, and opportunities he has going on.
What really stood out to me was how he showed up for me in the middle of tax season when I unexpectedly needed new tax software. That could have thrown off my entire season but he stepped in!
