He runs performance outbound for other AI agencies and sells their audits on a pure performance basis. His read on why the audit works: when you sell to cold traffic, the offer has to be new money or done-for-you. An audit is both. $3k audit into a $20k implementation into a $2k/month retainer. That's the part worth sitting with. He isn't optimising the front end for the front end. He's picked the offer that opens the longest runway behind it. Two weeks ago the corporation was filed and Adelaide AI was born. Both first clients are now paid. Client 1 is a billion-dollar financial lending corporation, first project projected at $50-70k, with a much larger opportunity behind it if they deliver. She found her dev partner for it inside this community. Client 2 is a real-estate agent drowning in listings, exactly their ICA, who committed to the full AIOS build and a suite of custom AI Employees before the assessment had even been run.
