We are mainly looking for something that sounds: - Natural and human - Professional and trustworthy - Friendly without sounding overly cheerful - Clear on phone calls - Good at handling interruptions and conversations - Suitable for a US dental clinic receptionist We are currently considering providers like ElevenLabs, Retell AI, and others, but we are not sure which one gives the best combination of voice quality, latency, and reliability for real phone calls. Also if you’re using one already which specific voice would you recommend? Would love to hear what you guys are using and why.
