We talk a lot in here about deploying agents, but the real lever isn't automation, it's clarity. The formula is simple: your leverage from AI = your skill × your clarity. 6 prompting habits worth stealing (full breakdown in the graphic): 1. "Explain this to me Eli 10" — cuts through jargon so you're not stuck in analysis paralysis on a new tool or concept. 2. "Ask me 5 clarifying questions before you answer" — forces the AI to interview you instead of guessing, so you stop getting generic output. 3. Show, don't tell — feed it real examples of work that's actually worked for you. Still more powerful than "make it better." 4. "Save this to memory" / "turn this into a skill" — stop re-explaining the same context every single time. 5. "Find my blind spots and weak assumptions" — your built-in sparring partner for strategy, pricing, and targeting. 6. Loop engineering — give it an exact definition of done so it can self-check instead of you reviewing 10 drafts. The order matters. Dial in habits 1-5 first. We're under heavy construction, 🚧 The BRAIN framework 2.0 has been wrapped, and we're launching it live on private workshop with smart marketer today, Kasim shared the news. The framework is going to be published here in the coming weeks, and I couldn't be more excited as it's a new milestone towards being able to set the foundations of the next decades of marketing through AI experiences. Agents, devices and robots are going to be built around AI and your customers won't have a reason to go back to traditional interfaces or outdated funnels, this is effectively a tipping point in customer behavior -and the humanity at large-, and I'm happy to be around people that see the world filled with opportunities. What comes next: The AEO Mindset is the first full course that we're developing, we cannot go into the unknown with an outdated firmware we have to review what has happened to have a chance to leverage whats coming. Little bit of a late night message but I didn't want to let it go, specially since -last call didn't record-, we had a bit of a brainstorming session running ideas on our most engaged members Here's the core Ideas: 1- The BRAIN Framework has grown a LOT, Research, Audience and Network are new core pillars that will help strategy. 2- New focus Now the Community should be oriented for implementation we will skip the concepts and jump into action, sharing horizontally, so I won't be the only one talking I'm giving the frame and opening the floor for sharing what works and what doesn't, and unleash the power of the AEO community. 3- A Knowledge layer: An intake survey will get you in your knowledge level, mindset and fundamentals is where people will get context to be able to jump into the AEO Blueprint, and to those that are ready to implement we might open a closed knit space that is divided on "tracks" so specific groups get more targetted resources, advanced AI guides and skills so the highly motivated members are able to generate new knowledge and build authority by experimenting with AEO in a focused group of individuals with shared goals and needs.
