It's Next.js on Vercel, and I build and maintain it with Claude Code. 2. The hack that helped most Giving the project a CLAUDE.md. Mine is a short router: what the business is, a map of which doc to read for each area (SEO, design, pricing, screenshots), and which sub-agent handles blog posts versus site code. Every new Claude Code session starts with the full picture, so I never re-explain the site. Screenshot below. 3. One thing that broke My industry solution pages and my new industry blog posts (logistics, manufacturing) had almost the same titles, so they were competing for the same Google searches. Claude Code found the overlap and retitled the solution pages so each page targets its own search. It also noindexed 8 thin pages (6 vendor directory pages and 2 glossary terms) so Google spends its time on the pages that matter. One more thing this week: region-based cookie consent.
