The Hidden Reason to Forgive Yourself.
👉 Click this link to book your free, 45-minute, 1-on-1 chemistry session with me One of the most misunderstood ideas in personal growth and therapy is the belief that you need to forgive yourself. People often say, "Why should I forgive myself? I didn't do anything wrong. Other people hurt me." If you've ever thought that, you're not alone. But what if self-forgiveness has nothing to do with taking the blame—and everything to do with setting yourself free? In this video, I'll explain why forgiving yourself isn't about accepting responsibility for what happened to you. Its about strengthening your relationship with yourself and the opportunity to create an unburdened life. 👉 Click this link to book your free, 45-minute, 1-on-1 chemistry session with me

What is on your table?
Book your free 45 minute chemistry session here: https://calendly.com/coach-ignitelifecoaching/45-minute-session When you enter into a relationship, you enter into a co-creative space. A space where you give of yourself to another person, and where you receive the part of them that they choose to give. Even though you are receiving, the intention is not to be a taker. Your primary concern is to give a premium version of yourself—not to demand any particular version of them. When both people focus on bringing their best parts into the relationship, and focus on what they can give instead of what they can take, love happens. Constantly giving without receiving creates emptiness. Constantly taking without giving creates helplessness. Ask yourself: Which part of yourself is your partner receiving? You cannot give to another, what you do not give to yourself. If you're ready to understand yourself more deeply, heal the patterns that affect your relationships, and become more intentional in how you show up, book your free 45 minute audit and action plan that's where the inner work begins. Does shrinking yourself buy love?
Lets talk a bit about the limiting belief that says “I am not good enough, so I have to shrink myself to be loved” Most of us know this and do this, without recognizing what we are doing. For me, at a younger age I believed that: “If I become smaller, easier, cheaper… maybe I’ll be loved.” So what did I do? 😒I asked for very little 😒I silenced your needs 😒I avoided dreaming big 😒I constantly wanted approval 😒I became a person that I thought others want. On my Healing journey, I learned that Self-abandonment disconnects you from your truth. You can’t build an aligned life while constantly betraying yourself. If left unhealed: - You ignore intuition - You over-give constantly - You lose yourself Shrinking yourself may reduce rejection, but it also blocks fulfillment. How do you know you struggle with self-abandonment If you: 🚫 You ignore your intuition 🚫 You prioritize everyone else’s needs 🚫 You constantly seek approval before making decisions 🚫 You struggle to ask for what you want 🚫 You silence yourself to keep peace 📌That’s how you know. Self-abandonment happens when pleasing others feels safer than being yourself. Why transformation matters: Healing restores your relationship with yourself. And Your decisions become aligned because you stop choosing from fear and start choosing from truth. When you heal this: ❤️‍🩹 You begin listening to yourself ❤️‍🩹 You honour your needs ❤️‍🩹 You trust your inner voice ❤️‍🩹 You stop betraying yourself. What comes from that is that you have 💯 Inner- Peace 💯 Clarity 💯 Alignment You start trusting yourself and can build a life that matters to you. Now if you’ve ever struggled with this problem and you would like a personalized action plan to solve it. Click om the link below and book a free 45 min audit and action plan with me. In this session, we’ll look at your goals and what's preventing you from achieving them. And based on my framework, I will give you an action plan tailored to your unique situation. https://calendly.com/coach-ignitelifecoaching/45-minute-session
