I am in talks with, in my personal opinion, one of the best armwrestling coach/coaching teams in the world... we will be partnering up to bring members the best training styles, programs, tips, etc.

Upcoming, in the UNITED ARMWRWSTLING SPECIMEN.... Training programs, posted in the classroom tab!! These training programs will be designed and posted for members to train for a set duration of time. There will also be different (6 to 8 week) programs for each type of puller you are, (hook, toproll, etc.) -Nathaniel Muir
