I have a quick question concerning YouTube self-A/B testing. When do you decide to change a thumbnail or title if the video doesn't perform as expected?

Thanks for the answer! Below is my latest video on a sports channel I'm trying to revive and you can clearly see what happens when the title changes (thumbnail stays the same). Interesting that you first switch a title before you switch a thumbnail. I agree very much with that CTR vs AVD argument
