🏆 On the Board | Week 1, August
Shining a light on the members who continue to put in the work. The ones climbing our leaderboards and those coming through with genuine wins. So here's the rundown for August week 1. 7-Day Leaderboard - 🥇Malik Ahmed  Overtaking Chetan and taking the top spot. - 🥈Chetan Mishra: right on Malik’s heels. - 🥉Okasha Khan: Great to see the thoughtful contributions you’re making.  ————————————— 30-Day Leaderboard - 🥇Chetan Mishra: Second week holding the top spot. - 🥈Malik Ahmed: new to the board and not far off the lead. - 🥉Okasha Khan: showing up consistently. Appreciate you, mate. ————————————— 💎 Win of the week - @Sushanth R.Kumar 15 years old and signing your first client... Your first client is a milestone you never forget. Huge congrats, Sushanth. Excited to see where you take it from here. See post [HERE] ————————————— 🏆 A massive week of wins inside the AAA Accelerator Over the past week, we’ve also had some massive wins inside the AAA Accelerator that I wanted to shine a light on. A number of members have closed six-figure+ deals, with some seriously impressive stories behind them. 💰 Scott McIntosh: $122K deal closed Scott’s first six-figure deal started as a $4,500, 30-day audit for a marketing agency struggling with disconnected reporting systems. That audit uncovered a much bigger opportunity, eventually turning into a $122,100 AI-powered reporting platform connecting 8 fulfillment vendors and 5+ digital platforms. 💰 Kalin Smolichki: $186K from one client Kalin closed $111K over 9 months, then the same client came back and signed another $75K contract. $186K total from a single client. That's the kind of outcome that comes from doing great work and turning one successful engagement into a long-term relationship. 💰 Rhys Lawson: $100K+ Enterprise Transformation Program Rhys went from zero in January to closing a $100K+ enterprise adoption and transformation program, with a second deal he wasn't even expecting along the way.

Make.com Twilio Error: ContentSid Required (21654) using WhatsApp Sandbox
Goal: Sending an AI-generated text reply to a customer via the Twilio WhatsApp Sandbox. - Setup: Make.com scenario running Webhook $\rightarrow$ Supabase $\rightarrow$ Google Gemini $\rightarrow$ Twilio (Create a Message). - Issue: The Twilio module fails with Error 21654: ContentSid Required. It states Twilio needs a ContentSid field, but my setup sends only a Body. - Input Data: - To: whatsapp:+254... - From: whatsapp:+1737... - Body: [AI generated text response] - Message Body: body - Question: How do I bypass the ContentSid requirement to send a standard plain text reply via the Make.com module?

Twilio error 20003 (Permission Denied) on trial account, tried everything, stuck
Building a WhatsApp AI agent (Make.com + Supabase + Gemini + Twilio) for a Kenyan vendor use case. Everything else is working, webhook catches incoming WhatsApp messages, Supabase pulls stock data, Gemini generates the reply. Stuck on the last step, sending the reply back via Twilio. Getting this on the Twilio "Create a Message" module in Make: Policy evaluation failed (20003, https://www.twilio.com/docs/errors/20003) What I've already tried: - Fully deleted and recreated the Twilio connection in Make with freshly copied Account SID and Auth Token (used the copy icons, not manual selection) - Rejoined the WhatsApp sandbox with the join code - Checked Twilio's own error docs for 20003, tried to find the AI/ML Features Addendum acceptance page, couldn't locate it in my console - Confirmed no visible suspension/warning banner on my Twilio console homepage Account is on Twilio trial. Anyone run into this specific error on a trial account before, or know if there's a trial-specific restriction on outbound WhatsApp messages via the API that isn't obvious from the docs? Happy to share screenshots if it helps diagnose.

Kenya, week 1: 20 outreach messages, 0 clients. What's the actual unlock?
I'm 19, based in Nairobi, started reaching out to small local businesses (laundry shops, barbershops, gyms, driving schools) offering to build them a website. Vibe-coding the sites in Lovable, learning to build AI agents on the side for the next phase once the website side has traction. Sent around 20 personalized messages this week, each referencing something specific about the business, a review, a service they offer, what's missing from their online presence. Result so far: most either already have a website I missed, or the ones who don't just go quiet or say "not now." No closes yet. Not looking for sympathy, genuinely trying to figure out what I'm missing. For anyone who's actually landed their first few local clients doing outbound like this: - Was it mostly volume, or did something specific change in your approach after the first batch of no's? - Did your first client come from cold outreach at all, or was it always someone from your existing network first? - At what point did you stop tweaking the pitch and just accept it's a numbers game?

@Chetan Mishra appreciate the real breakdown. makes sense on the volume, i was treating 20 as a meaningful sample when it's really just noise at that size. on building the preview before messaging, i actually like that instinct, but running into an issue: on the free tier, live previews carry a visible watermark linking back to the builder, which kind of undercuts the "custom developer" positioning before they've even seen it work. right now i'm getting around it by screen recording a walkthrough instead of sending the raw link. curious if you've found a way around the watermark issue, or if you just eat that cost on preview builds since it's worth it for conversion? going to push toward 100+ this week either way and actually track the numbers properly instead of guessing off a small batch
