⚠️ The Mistake: Confusing "Reminding" With "Delegating
A lot of us think we've handed something off just because someone else is doing it, when really, we're still the one remembering it needs doing, when it's due, and reminding them to do it. That's not delegating. That's just still carrying it, with extra steps. The lesson: Real delegation means the whole thing moves, not just the task, but the remembering, the timing, the follow-through. If you're still the one going "did you?", you're still the system. Try this instead: Next time you hand something off, don't set a reminder for them. Let it be theirs to remember, even if it means it slips once. That's how you find out if it's actually been delegated, or if you're just quietly still in charge of it. 💛

She was tired of carrying it all in her head
The mental load. The endless lists. Being the one who remembers the packed lunches, the dentist appointment, the school trip form, the "we're out of milk" — all while everyone else just... exists. Being the default person for everything, with zero backup. Then someone told her about a community of women who got it. No judgement, no "just relax more" advice from people who don't get it — just other overwhelmed mums who were figuring out how to carry a little less, together. Welcome to Calm Systems for Busy Mums. 🌿 This isn't another place telling you to "do more self-care" while your to-do list laughs at you. It's simple systems, real support, and a community that actually understands 3am brain-dumps and the school run scramble. Inside, you'll find: ✨ Calm, doable routines (not overwhelming ones) ✨ A community that cheers you on, not one that judges ✨ Real support from women who are in the trenches too ✨ Less "keeping it all together" alone, more "we've got you" You don't have to do it all. You just have to start somewhere. Come find your people. Come find your calm. 💛 https://www.skool.com/calm-systems-for-busy-mums-9261/about

@Savan Rabari Thank you, Savan! 💛 That's exactly the vision behind this community. I hope it becomes a place where busy mums can share, support one another, and find simple ways to make everyday life feel a little calmer. 😊
Why i built my community!
I just posted a new video and it's a bit more honest than usual. In it, I'm sharing why I actually built my community not the polished version, the real one. What it looks like day to day. Who it's for. And, just as importantly, who it's not for. Because here's the thing: this isn't another space telling you to "just relax" or add more self-care to your to-do list. If anything, that advice usually just becomes one more thing to manage. What I'm building instead is simple, practical systems that lighten your mental load so you have less to hold onto, not more. If you've ever felt like you're carrying everything in your head and just want it to feel lighter, this one's for you. Go take a watch and let me know what resonates. 💛 https://youtu.be/kbr55nUT1hU
